Carpet Clinic showed up on time, the technician was very knowledgeable about everything carpet(!), and he quickly and efficiently removed all the stains and cleaned the carpet beautifully. I have dogs, and even after vacuuming thoroughly before cleaning, there was still tons of dog hair that remained for the steam vacuum to remove.. So everyone with dogs, you REALLY have to vacuum frequently, and you should get your carpets cleaned at least once a year. Carpet Clinic's owner has been in business for 20 years and you could not do better for knowledge, thoroughness, and price - so hire them and you'll be very satisfied with the work.

Russell was easy to coordinate with during the scheduling. The tile cleaning came out good and now I have clean grout lines again! I appreciate Russell's followup after service to check in on the outcome of the cleaning.

Had to reschedule due to his truck being repaired. Owner works alone. Seems very knowledgeable regarding the proper cleaning of grout. I was impressed that he used a brush to seal the grout whereas other times I have had this done, they used a spray can which I could have done myself.

Russell was great and did a fantastic job. He cleaned kitchen, family room, laundry room, foyer, and two bathrooms and all look great.

The cleaning was fine and the owner was responsive prior to appt. The primary issue was punctuality. When I set an appt for 9 a.m. I expect you to be there at that time, not provide an estimated arrival. When I set client appts , they expect me to be there at that time....not leave at that time. Owner informed me but what is the point of telling me the earliest appt time and advising he'll arrive later? Everyone's time is valuable and should be respected. Thank you.

He did a really good job. The price was $89 with a Groupon. Everything was good.

Russell, takes pride in his work and the results shows that as my wife still is amazed the difference between the kitchen floor and flooring throughout the house. Will be bringing Russell back soon to do the rest of the flooring. It is safe to say he is our go to guy for furniture and floor cleaning.. I thank Angie's list for finding such a great professional carpet and floor cleaner.

Excellent. I hired thru AL. I called, then texted for an appointment. We set a date and a time. He was running 30 minutes late, but contacted me in advance to let me know. He did more work than I originally signed up for, at a small additional price The floors look so good... like new.

Every effort was made to try to eliminate the bathroom stain, even acid washing. Did a great job in the patio and resealed the tile

It was fascinating to me to watch the process as the floors were scrubbed cleaner than I'd ever seen them. I asked questions and learned how to better maintain them. I appreciated the top-notch service, reasonable price and kindness.

Russell was a true professional! Great communication, punctual and a really great value! My floor hasn't looked this good in year! I've used other "big name" cleaners in the past, and not only were they overpriced, and tried to upsell, the cleaning was subpar and all they managed to do was ruin wood flooring with their big fancy machines. With 4 dogs, I'm sure I'll be calling Russell on a regular basis. I even recommended him on our neighborhood fb page :) Highly recommend.
