Some grout lines still remain dirty

Cleaner was on time and worked quickly. Carpet was cleaned thoroughly.

Everything went fine; the tile looks very nice. My only issue is that he refused to honor the 10% discount coupon that I printed from Angie's List. It clearly stated that the coupon was a 10% discount for Carpet Clinic of Orlando. He said that I needed to spend $89 to make the coupon valid. The 10% only amounted to $48, so it didn't make sense to spend $89 to save $48.

On time, professional - Beautiful job! - over and above what I expected and such a nice gentleman. My Angie's List deal was $89 for 4 areas. I opted to do the whole house - and it only cost $50 more. Best money I've spent all year. Already gave Carpet Clinic card to 2 neighbors and invited them in to see.

I had to reach out to make the appointment, and the provider was 45 late but did call in advance to let me know that he was running late. The carpet cleaning was faster than any other time I've had the carpets cleaned (which I appreciated). Russell was very pleasant and went about his job without any wasted time. All spots in carpeting were gone.... the area rug was not so good but Russell said it was due to the fact the it is a) old and b) wool.

Russell called the day before the appointment to confirm. He was prompt for the appointment. He was very friendly. The floor looked wonderful. Russell even called that evening to see what my spouse thought of the job. I would definitely hire Carpet Clinic again.

Wonderful. Russell did an awesome job! The tile and grout look like new. My tile and grout are both white and about 20 years old. He made them both white again. It is so bright I may need to wear sunglasses in my kitchen and den. :) The carpets also turned out great. I would highly recommend Russell and the Carpet clinic for all your tile, grout and carpet cleanings. I will use him again.

Only because he was so late, an didn't tell me why he was so late. I had him do my parents house. He had gotten back from New Jersey, because his uncle died, and I said why didn't you text me. His appointment was three, and he didn't get here until six. He said at five he would be here, and it was five thirty, and he didn't get here. It was then six when he got here, and I asked why he didn't text me. He was from New Jersey. He thought he texted me, but he didn't text me. I don't care its only time. Its not like my stains are going to disappear. I recommended him to my mother.

Job went well. VERY gd at keeping me updated RE: time & arrival & arrived on time :) Actually measured the area I asked for & when it lapped over into another area gave me a fair price to do that as well. Service was quick, floors look much better & cleaned. Very polite. Would definitely use again.

I had carpet in the bedrooms, a hallway and stairs cleaned. I'm well pleased with the work that was done! I would use this company again.

He arrived on time and was thorough. He pointed out defects in the way the grout had been applied in certain areas and what it would take to fix it, but didn't try to sell me on having it done right away. The floors look really good.

I cancelled since they did not contact me.
