Description of Work: Carpets in the hallway and traffic areas throughout the house were cleaned. I purchased an offer on Angies List and was contacted promptly to schedule. He arrived on time, worked to remove stains and was clear in his suggestions. I would use his service again.

Description of Work: Did a great job on tile and grout cleaning on our kitchen floor. Of course the price doubled since he recommended an "acid wash" to accompany the $89 Angie's List special. All in all it looks great and maybe the acid wash was needed after all.

Description of Work: I had purchased a deal from Angie's and intended to have my kitchen tile floor cleaned. Russell came in and thoroughly explained everything he would do and how it would look. He was confident I would want the adjoining rooms done as well and quoted me a fair price to do it. I didn't plan on doing the other rooms but when I saw how good it looked after he was done I knew I had no choice! He worked non-stop to get the entire thing done and it came out amazing. He clearly knew what he was doing and had the equipment to do a professional job. I really appreciate how he worked with me to figure out what could be done within a reasonable budget. Highly recommend and will use again.

Description of Work: Company cleaned my carpet and the grout in the bathroom. Job looked very good but was still noticeably damp after 6 hours when I had been told it would be dry in 4. This created a bit of a problem for the cleaning service that came in 4 hours later and could not walk around in the carpeted areas.
