The sales team was great. Bob is very knowledgeable and helpful in thinking through solutions. We had options are are happy with what we have. Joe and Barney were excellent as an install team. They worked very hard and consistently through a very long shift. They stayed late into the evening to make sure our system was up and running. They explained what they were doing and after hitting some bumps with pulling the line set gave us a time estimate and were pretty close to the revised finish time. Finally, the office staff has been very helpful. Heather and Caitlyn are on top of it. Calls are returned promptly, we had a follow up filter installation which was scheduled immediately the following business day. Ameritech has strong ratings and reviews, that's due to the staff and their dedication to great customer service.

Very pleased with the service. Sales team was great and very helpful; they did not try to upsell us or convince us to buy a more expensive model than we needed. We told them what we needed, they provided options and a good price, and we signed the deal. Installation was on time and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend AmeriTech.

Everything went splendidly, and we would highly recommend. Being a new customer, we thought that it would take a couple of days for them to come out, but we were told that they would be out in the afternoon around 1 p.m. for the service call. Heather followed up to let us know that the technician would be later, around 4, which he promptly arrived around 3:30. Jason, was wonderful. He found that the problem was the newly installed thermostat and the programming on the heat pump were not correct. After a while, and matching the thermostat to the programming on the unit, the heat worked perfectly. Highly recommended for their promptness, honesty, and respectfulness in our home!!!

We bought an Angie's List special and it went well. Nothing was wrong with our air conditioner and the guy was very honest.

Exceptional. From the first call to my signature on the invoice, my experience with this company was remarkable. The technician was clean, articulate and courteous. He was respectful of my home and my time. He heard the problem - a saturated area surrounding the inside unit even though the drain line is not clogged - and started working. He had a few ideas on what the source of the problem could be. He tested those and found one part to be at fault. He replaced it and it's up and running again. I'm very confident the problem has been resolved. I will check the area in a few days and see if it's wet. If you see no follow up comment from me know that it was resolved. Thank you Ameritech!

I had Ameritech come out to quote a new AC System. Bob was the sales person that came out and did an extremely thorough job. I have had multiple vendors out to quote new systems and he is the only one that went up in the attic to check out the duct work, it wasn't an up sale technique, as he actually told me my duct work looked really good and previous installer did a good job. Said slight tear in one duct that he would repair, as part of his installation. He went over all of the work that he would they would do, what was covered and what might not be covered in other bids. I was really impressed with the quote process and thoroughness of the assessment. I had several bids, Ameritech is now one of the final two. If I do go with them I will certainly follow up with the installation process and overall experience. They are certainly worthy of quoting out any AC needs you might have.

Sales / scheduling - Called to ask for a sales quote - got someone out the next day. Salesman was prompt and professional. Best quote by far out of 5 received. Gave him the job within an hour. Scheduled installation for the following week on the date/time of my choosing. Installation - installers showed up a little late. They were professional, diligent and hard-working. Toward the end of the job they under-estimated how long it would take to finish. Upon start-up and testing they discovered that the equipment did not come fully charged and they did not have enough freon in the truck to complete the job, so I had to schedule a follow-up visit the following week. Since this is April (not August) it didn't matter but this is something they need to fix for future installations. The follow-up visit quickly filled the system and made the system work fine. Follow-up - none yet. I would recommend that the salesman or a manager follow up on all completed jobs to ensure no issues. Overall I highly recommend -good price, professional installation. Some minor issues that are easily resolved.

All went well new unit went in and working great. very neat job. Pulled permit handled everthing as they said it would be no issues unit now woking past 90 day with out a problem. Passed inpection without issues. Very pleased will be calling for spring check up soon.

Installer did a great job very professional. The only concern is that we have not had our county inspection or heard about our rebate from duke energy for 4 weeks. We have called two times without a return call. System is working beautifully. Would have liked a follow up call to see how things were going after spending over 6,000.00. Also are interested in getting extended warranty from Amana. Chris the sales rep was excellent. He was very attentive to us. After installation no word from them.

Tech showed up and was very friendly and helpful on a very hot Florida day. He made sure our ac was running well and gave us an estimate for future work to be done so it will maintain the unit. He did not pressure me & told me to call when ready.

Install went very well. Techs are professional and hard working. Took 3 days to install new units in my 100 year old house. That's fast for all they had to do. They arrived early and left late. Hard workers. Previous owners of this house took everything including the copper lines from the walls, so Ameritech had to cut walls open to run new copper. They minimized wall openings and cleaned up after all was said and done. They sent a company employed quality control inspector to check it all out before inviting the city's inspector, just to make sure all was in good order. Professional company with good processes and good people.

The service was outstanding! Absolutely terrific! They were on time. Everything was exactly what they said it would be. The technician that installed the unit was very nice! I can't speak for the unit itself yet, but I was very happy with the service!

Arrived on time & prepared, tech was excellent. Explained everything and even cleaned up after himself. Very fair pricing.
