The entire experience was a pleasant one. Hasaan came out to my house when promised and measure for the blinds. He presented me with a selection to choose from. At the time I wasn't sure whether or not I was ready to purchase the blinds. I knew I was ready to replace the horrible verticals I had, but wasn't sure I could afford new ones yet! When Hasaan gave me the price, I couldn't say no! The blinds were so affordable and so much less than all of the other places I had priced! Hasaan requested one-half deposit, which we gave him. He told us the blinds would be in within ten days. The blinds arrived early. Hasaan installed them as scheduled. He was polite and did an excellent job! I have referred him to several people since our job was done! I am going to do the rest of my house. When I am ready, I will call Hasaan!

Our overall experience was good with this company. Although the initial person with the company never returned my call, Henry responded immediately to my message. I was very pleased with his presentation and even though his price was slightly more than Home Depots, I hired him. I wish I had asked more questions, or that he had picked up on a specific concern I had. In the end, they were extremely responsive and did the work competently and quickly (although there was one shutter that had been mismeasured and came in a few weeks later). My only problem was that the shutters do not open the way I expected. So, if you hire this company (I think I would again) just make sure you ask ALL the questions and don't assume they know what you're asking for.

THIS IS THE FIFTH HOUSE I HAVE DONE WITH THIS COMPANY, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I MEASURED THEM, AND THEY MADE THEM. THEY KEPT IN TOUCH WITH ME THE WHOLE TIME. THEY WERE RIGHT ON IT.

I HAD A REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. WE MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR MEASURING THE WINDOWS AND THAT DAY THE TOLD ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW. HENRY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE WENT OVER PRICES AND BLINDS ARRIVAL ON THE FIRST APPOINTMENT AND EVERYTHING WAS JUST LIKE HE HAD SAID. VERY GOOD COMPANY.
