Description of Work: Their latest job was a service call to repair the Chlorinator (blown fuse). The All American service people are friendly and helpful. Several months ago they also replaced the pump motor on the pool, explaining various options available and the cost. I like the fact that there is no hype, no selling, just straight facts and an explanation of options.

It was a good outcome, to be sure.
Description of Work: They checked for a leak in the pool, found a smaller problem which had caused the apparent loss of water, fixed it, explained well and we were finished.

On Thursday July 11, 2013, the customer called and requested a proposal to refinish his swimming pool. On Friday July 12, 2013, we went to his property and prepared the estimate. The estimate was typed and mailed to the customer on July 15, 2013. We followed up with the customer via regular mail on July 23. We prepared the estimate the customer requested timely and professionally. I am not sure where we went wrong. We pride ourselves in our responsiveness and getting the customer the information they request in a timely manner. I would love to have some details from the customer so that I can resolve any shortcomings that might have occured.

The representative was very polite & thorough. He went over all of my concerns & gave me instruction & advice on my pool that I had never received when we first bought our house. This was the first pool I've ever owned/maintained so the money was definitely well spent on what was causing the issues, etc.
Description of Work: Overall check of the pump & pool service. I had suspected I had a leak & the pressure coming out of the jets was very poor.

I was very pleased with their service. They were able to come out in a timely manner. The service tech did everything I asked him to and brought the pool back to full operation.
Description of Work: They repaired a broken skimmer line, replaced a filter cartridge, reset tile and cleaned the pool.

The service man was to the point and direct. He was informative and gave me good information. He also quickly fixed a problem. I was pleased to learn how to care for my pool.
Description of Work: Pool N Patio came to my room to give me a pool lesson on how to operate and care for my pool. In addition to the lesson, the service man found a leak and replaced some PVC piping.

PROVIDED TIMELY ESTIMATE. REQUIRED ONE-HALF DOWN TO BEGIN PROJECT. DRAINED AND PREPPED POOL (TWO DAYS), PLASTERED POOL (TWO DAYS), REFILLED POOL (ONE DAY). IF I HAD KNOWN HOW EASY AND RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE THE PROJECT WOULD BE, I WOULD HAVE RESURFACED THE POOL A LOT SOONER.

THEY WERE GOOD AND SHOWED UP WHEN STATED. THEY DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING NOT NEEDED. I FELT THEY WERE HONEST WITH OUR NEEDS. I ENDED UP PAYING EXACTLY WHAT I ANTICIPATED.
