Ice maker was not working. I scheduled a call for a few days later. They were on time and diagnosed / fixed my problem. My ice line was frozen from non-use and it needed to be heated to melt the ice build up. They suggested I get a heater coil for the line. Was $100 for parts. I pulled the part up on Sears.com and the same part was listed for $30. I decided to do myself. I haven't done this yet as the line has not clogged since. Overall a positive experience.

I just read another review on Angie's List for Aggressive Appliance, and I had to add this foot note. When I had a problem with them, the manager of the service department, who I have since learned is the son of the owner of the company, was extremely rude, and he blamed everything on Sarah, the person receiving calls in the department. In response to my complaint, he told me that Sarah had been fired....not exactly the outcome I was looking for. I really just wanted them to fix my floors where damage was caused by the technician. Anyway, the review I just read, from February of 2013, mentions Sarah! I have to wonder about the veracity of this company. Glad she still has a job, but my floors are still warped!! From 2012: I called Aggressive Appliances to service my dishwasher, as it had recently flooded on my floors, and the soap dispenser was not opening during a regular cycle. When the technician arrived, I told him what the problem was, and specifically said that I did not want him just turning on the washer, as I have wood floors, and I was worried that the same thing would happen. Long story short, he went ahead and turned on the dishwasher, and this time the flood was worse than before, the water going underneath my engineered wood floors. Once the water was mopped up, the technician THEN looked under my dishwasher to see that the hose was not connected. This is something he should have done first. Aggressive Appliances called me the next day, as I still had to get a new part (as per the technician) for the soap dispenser, and they called to schedule. I told them what had happened and asked them how they would handle damage to my wood floors, as there is now very noticeable warping in certain places. The woman I spoke to said that this was the first she had heard about it, and that she would get back to me. Now that weeks have gone by, and they have not contacted me, either regarding the part, or the damage to my floors, I am quite certain I am not going to hear from them. Ironically the soap dispenser is now working, but there is significant warping in my floors, as well as damage to the surface of the wood. I am concerned about mold under the floors, do to the plastic sheet that is put between the wood and the concrete. Needless to say, Aggressive Appliances is not a company I would do business with again, as they do not appear to stand by their work, nor did they even have the courtesy to contact me back after the initial report.

My refrigerator needed a defrost heater. Phone receptionist kept me on hold for 15 minutes waiting for the service department to take the call. The actual service phone representative was not the easiest person to talk to, but it got better as the call progressed. The service technician Mike was great and very punctual, KUDOS! The price for service was quite fair.

I phoned these folks after filtering the responses on AL. I telephoned and a sales person answered, when I asked for repair before transfering me, he said his name and said that if I ever need new appliances please ask for him, then he transfered the call. I listened to their marketing recording while waiting for someone to answer. I listened to the recording three times when I decided to click on the link to their web site. I used their web site to schedule a repair and by the time I had done that no one had picked up my call, so I hung up. I did get a confirmation email that they had received my request and someone would contact me soon. No one contacted me the entire next day, so in the afternoon I telephoned back and once again asked for service. Once again I listened to the recording three times hearing the owner tell me how much pride he has in his service. I hung up and called another company. I have yet to hear from this company and it has been about 48 hours.

The service manager was able to fit me in for the very next day, they gave me a call when they were about 30 mins away and fixed my washer without any hassle! The technician was very professional and experienced!! This company truly cares about its customers!! Would refer to ANYONE!! A++!!!

I am very happy with the appliance and their work too. I had a Belgian oven and a top of the line dishwasher put in. They are exceptionally nice people to deal with. They are very professional.

The defrost heaters in my old refrigerator kept burning out. When that happens, the refrigerator stops working. I lost a significant amount of food the last time it happened, so I decided to buy a new one. The new one had to fit into a small space with overhead cabinets. I bought the old one from Aggressive, so I decided to try them again. When I called and gave them the dimensions I was looking for, they suggested the GE. They also quoted the price over the phone. Some other merchants were reluctant to discuss price unless I was present. I went to their showroom to see the fridge on June 22nd.. They didn't have the exact one in the showroom, so they would have to order it. They could deliver it by June 24th. They showed me a larger version of the model I wanted with the same features. I made the purchase. The refrigerator was delivered on June 24th as promised. The delivery men arrived before 9 A. M. They removed the old refrigerator, repaired the water supply so that it would accommodate the new refrigerator, brought in the new one, hooked up the water supply, adjusted the feet so that it sat level and gave me some operating instructions. They had to remove and replace the doors on both the old and new refrigerators so that they could fit through my narrow front door. The whole process took less than an hour. The delivery guys were very courteous and proficient. The whole experience, from first contact through delivery , was excellent.

Doug was very helpful and informative. We are very pleased with our selections. Aggressive Appliance has a nice new showroom, a huge selection, great pricing, and an informed staff. They delivered right on schedule. There were no problems.

The store is very well organized and has variety of choices, with a good price range for appliances. Our salesman was very helpful with no pressure to buy. Exchanges were not a problem.
