Description of Work: I referred Stonehouse to my customers. (I am a real estate agent). They gave an excellent price compared to another quote from a competitor. They installed an entire kitchen area in one day with the undermount sink as well. Cleaned up well and we'll definitely refer again. Beautiful kitchen!

Description of Work: I had SHK install marble kitchen counters. I had selected the cuts to locate the best veining in the most visible locations. The fabricator incorrectly cut the cooktop starter hole ruining the best piece. The company replaced the piece, but unfortunately the veining was not optimal. Except for this, the install went acceptably and the workmanship was good. I tried to use them for a second install (bathroom) and after three failed attempts (arriving at store for appt and sales person was a no-show; scheduling a measuring visit and sales person was a five time postponement then a no show again, etc...) I bailed and went elsewhere. While they made "good" on the kitchen install, SHK could improve thier professionalism...it would save them $ and face.

 + -1 moreWe researched new granite countertops for our large kitchen for months, with several estimates we finally decided to use Stonehouse Kitchens. Not because they were the cheapest but because they seemed to offer the best service. After we picked out the granite we wanted, they made a template, helped us pick out a new kitchen sink and fixtures, and had everything installed with one day of its being ready. They did not try to install, the sink but contacted that to a plumber and a carpenter to do the trim around our cabinets and wall. They were efficient, polite and cleaned up everything when they were done! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Description of Work: New granite countertops for our large kitchen, and the wet bar, new kitchen sink and fixtures. Replaced molding around wet bar and cabinets.

Description of Work: Attended the Jacksonville Home and Patio show. Met Tamara there and arranged for an estimate. Next step was for a template and at this point, we met Sean. Saying Sean is extremely professional and meticulous is an understatement. Answered every question and and offered opinion when asked. Granite is granite. It's all in the color, layout and install. Sean made this one of the best experiences with a company that we've ever had. Thank you Sean.
