My Maids

They are fine, that's been a while. They're not great about putting things back exactly where they were and I an old fa*t and that annoys me a little but not enough to drop them. I've been impressed by the fact that they come in here they do their job, they don't fool around, they don't look like the kind of workers you would find almost anywhere else, like some of the other services I've had.

These ladies were wonderful. I will definitely have them back!

It went well. They were professional, quick and very nice. I typed them a list of areas I wanted cleaned and they followed through and checked off every area I had asked them to clean. I would definitely hire them again.

They are good, no complaints. Quick, professional, no problem with scheduling. They bring their own cleaning supplies.

Excellent job. The maids were professional and friendly. Their work is very thorough. They were also timely. I was so pleased that I hired them full time to do bi-monthly cleaning. They also have a wide variety of cleaning services.

Good. The base boards in the closets were missed, the window person never showed up. Very prompt and called prior to arrival

Awful. Home was clean but smelled horribly.

The experience was great. They called and told me a window of time that they would be at the house. It was a 2 hr service and they finished their work in 1 hour and 45 min. I noticed that some baseboards, that were not obstructed were not cleaned and ceiling fans still had a layer of dust on them.

All went well. 3 ladies were there for approx. 2 hours.

Initially we thought the service was good but when my wife came she found the bottom of the refrigerator had not been cleaned. Also, they took the ice box out and when they put it back in they didn't get it to fit and it caused the ice to defrost a little bit. No damage or anything. The other thing was it was almost like it was, when the time came they wanted me to renew for another hour or whatever. I felt for 4 people there should have been adequate time. I kind of felt like it was a switch and bait. To be honest, at first before I looked I gave everybody a $10 to $20 tip. Then I looked closer and the stove wasn't that clean. With 4 people there was not that much to do.

I was so impressed with this housecleaning company. We called on My Maids after we were left disappointed time and time again with our other cleaning company. Liz, the office manager spoke with my husband and set everything up for us. On the day of our cleaning I was working from home, and was greeted by 4 smiling girls, all wearing a uniform My Maids t-shirt and arrived in a nice, clean work van. Right off the bat, I thought the uniformed t-shirts were such a nice touch. That was something I had never seen before. Emily introduced herself, so I believe she may have been the managing house cleaner on this particular team. She was so thorough and did a walk through with me of the house and asked questions along the way. She was so sweet I couldn't stop telling my husband how nice she was. Upon finishing the house, Emily asked to do a final walk through to make sure I was happy. They had caught things I didn't even think of. I was very happy with the finished product, but my husband is the picky one! He came home and loved it. So much that he called Liz and hired them for bi-weekly service moving forward. I think other companies could learn a lot from companies like this.... It's the small details that make a huge difference to customers like us.

The house looked great! The crew worked quickly and got the house clean from top to bottom. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends.

Everything went well for the most part. I still had boxes around the home from moving in but had the ladies concentrate on the kitchen and bathrooms. Only thing I noticed was the back toilet wasn't as clean as I would have liked. And up front I had explained I wanted a by-weekly quote to have them come in on a regular basis. When I made a request of this at the end the ladies told me I need to go back on Angie's List and purchase another cleaning. I don't want to have to do that every time, twice a month, so I haven't had them back yet.

Well I bought the service through Angie's List back in December. I called to setup an appointment and they said they would have to call me back. But they never called me back. I called them a few weeks later and they did promptly setup an appointment. Four women showed up on time and immediately got to cleaning. So I'm thinking great this is going to work well. Unfortunately after they had left, I went back to the house and started to see obvious areas that they had not cleaned. My stainless steal appliances hadn't been touched. My blinds and windows hadn't been touched. My base boards were only sparsely cleaned. The window in my bathroom was still completely unclean. The house was cleaned out and already pretty clean. I just needed them to get the "Nitty Gritty." They sucked.

There were no additional charges. They did what they're supposed to do but it wasn't enough. They have all their products in a bottle so I don't know what they used. There were four of them and they worked for an hour each. The price was okay.

They responded quickly and I was able to have the home cleaned the same week. I purchased the 4 hour service special and had 4 girls cleaning for 1 hour. They did a great job in the allowed time. I had a couple things missed but if I had purchased an extra 30 minutes, they would have completed the job exactly how I wanted. They were fair and had amazing communication. I have zero complaints.

It went great! The girls were punctual, polite and efficient. Bathrooms were clean, floors were vacuumed, blinds dusted...very nice. I hope the quality remains consistent. Have my next date on the calendar.

Early (good) All employees had Great personalities. Did a really good job working around our "junk". Plan to use again.

Every stage was done professionally and with our needs in mind. We received a scheduling call right away after purchasing the Angie's List deal, a reminder call before the day of the cleaning, a call from the cleaners giving us 30-minutes notice, and a follow-up call after the work was done. We were extremely pleased! It was totally worth it.

Very polite and professional communication. Schedule just didn't work out. Angie's List forced me to give a review, even thought service was not performed. I gave a B,but I cannot say how well they would have done the job.

Excellent service!!! Tammy and her team were professional, polite, DETAILED in their coverage and even cleaned in such a detailed manner that i have decided to go with a cleaning service of every 2 weeks!! I am SO IMPRESSED! I could not ask for more or.....Do a better cleaning myself...and i am particular and meticulous when I clean my own home!! Thank you Bill and Thank you to Tammy and her team! I spent an extra $120.00 to have them stay beyond their scheduled time because my home is large and it was a first time cleaning ...they wiped down all of my doors and baseboards. They were attentive to marks on my walls. These ladies were very physical in their cleaning...scrubbing, hand mopping some areas, regular mopping in others....but they were on their hands and knees cleaning from the ground up to the ceiling fans!

Excellent job. Very organized and efficient.
