My Maids

They canceled our prepaid request from their special offer on Angie's Lists. They said they did not service our area. But Angie's list can target me special offers based on my ZIP code, so I don't know why they declined me. I suspect that they didn't want to do a move out clean.

Ladies were punctual, polite and asked what I wanted cleaned and any other specific requests that I had. The areas for them to improve would be: When you lay rugs down push the tags under the rugs so people do not see the tags. Also, when making the beds pillows should be placed with tags in the pillow case not the outside where they are showing. Looks like they forgot to clean the floor in my master bath but probably just an oversight. I would hire them again with feedback, I am sure they would make the corrections.

Fantastic-the folks arrived on time and got right to work. My house sparkled.

I needed help with cleaning because I have had multiple surgeries and from those surgeries I was left with complications that have resulted in an immune deficiency disease called Crohn's. I have to work from home and needed a clean and clutter free environment. I knew that the maids could not do everything but I was told by Kenny (who was wonderful to me) I should start with a clean and then we can hire an organizing pro. But because I live in a 600 sq foot house I thought this would be an easy task. I asked the team leader maid Faye what they do if there is something on the ground. she said they will pick it up dust it off and put it right back down. I told her this does not help me at all because I can barely bend down. I had a huge clear comforter bag and I asked if she could please throw anything they are unsure of in the bag and obvious trash in the trash bag. This seemed like a huge inconvenience to her and I even had to talk to her supervisor on the phone to tell her what I needed and she eventually said yes. But they were not happy. 2 of the girls complained and cursed the whole time and I still tried to let it all go. I even gave them a nice tip. I now regret all of it. When my husband came home he was appalled and the next morning when the sun was shining through I could see that the house was not clean at all. Dust everywhere. They kicked paper clips ,crumbs,change and other items under a little runner instead of vacuuming. They also didn't vacuum under any tables. and left my stove top with stuff all over it. My husband and I had to go out to buy about $100 worth of cleaning supplies and cleaned all weekend. I feel like I was taken advantage of and if I don't receive my money back, unfortunately we will cancel our membership. This would be unfortunate for your company as well because I have a lot more that I need done. For our home and the store we own.

Wish all companies could be so efficient and professional from start to finish...scheduling was a breeze, ladies were courteous, their work was so thorough, they went over and beyond our expectation. Such value for money, would hire them again without any doubt!

Amanda and her crew did a fantastic job. True professionals from start to finish, did not waste a minute. Surprised how polite and efficient they were. They went over and beyond to finish the whole house though they were running out of time. I am a new customer, never had my house cleaned before. Based on the reviews and my friend's recommendation, tried My Maids and so glad I did, they were simply superb!

New customer. Thought of they will call me and setup the appointment. After two days I called them and they said they are busy and didn't get a chance to call me. Called in and set up appt. they could not give me a time and they were not able to promise day or time. Initially they gave on Thursday and again they said they won't work on Thursdays in South-side area.. Everyone is having cell phones and they can call on their way. Until I call they didn't respond in their scheduled time. Once I called the office they were saying they were running behind the schedule. I was told they could not guarantee a time nor time of day. Told them that was ok I could not work with them with these types of arrangements. Lot of communication gap and NO ownership and NO one knows what they did. They say 70 different things online checklist and in realty what ever we ask them they won't do it.

Did not use the service and they did nothing to gain the business. They were very unbothered by it all.

I've used My Maids 4 or 5 times. I'd give them 5 stars or As. I'm still using them at my new address.

Excellent. Have arranged for future monthly visits. Always on time, fast and efficient. Polite hard working ladies.

Don't see how it could have gone any better. They were both cordial and effective . This is a big house and they did it to my extreme pleasure in one and a half hours. Money very well spent for sure.

Oven, refrigerator cleaning good, I was very disappointed that MY Dawn dishwasher liquid was used to clean, possibly even used on my wood laminate flooring. I thought they were supposed to bring cleaning stuff. No furniture polish. Everything looked dull. Seems one cannot get sufficient service unless they're watched. The smudge lines on my floor, picture glass, and furniture was unacceptable. I cleaned after they left.

Only had one issue and that was partially my problem. Their Angies list coupon included cleaning up to 10 windows. They didn't clean windows. My part of this is I didn't print the coupon and confirm they understood what I paid for. My issue with them is the office should make sure the cleaning team knows what services were paid for. The only other challenge I saw was they used old tech rag mop heads on the tile floor. Those mops heads don't work well on tile because they deposit the dirt in the grout. They should be using the new micro fibre mops on tile. The next time I would have them use our mop not theirs Other than the above, I liked the team (three of them) and the work they did.

The ladies didn't stop the whole time they were here. They are dynamos!

It was great. Not a problem in the world. Four people came out to do the work and it took 2 hours. They did a great job. The floor cleaning really stood out.

Cleaning went well but was advertised to clean up 3k sqft and only was able to complete roughly 1500. They did not take breaks and did well but was over advertised

The team came in and started working until they were done. I think they were training one of the ladies.

All finished as promised except deal included window cleaning which was promised but hasn't happened. Work done was excellent quality.
