My Maids

It went very well. They were like a cleaning tornado. They get it done in a very timely manner. They did a great job.

My house looks immaculate when they leave. They take the trash out and the coffee maker clean. They do a lot of things. Does an amazing job.

Cleaning team (3 ladies) was on time and started immediately. Bleach based cleaner used was very strong. If you are sensitive to chlorine based cleaners you should probably not be in the house. I was impressed with all of the detailed work done. A separate person (Todd) came to wash 5 windows.

Excellent. Have been using My Maids for over two years. Always informed of arrival time well in advance. Arrival always on time (even during COVID times). Ladies are polite, quiet, efficient and through. What more can I say?

The team of four superwomen from My Maids came in and got to work. They started at one end of my home and they were dusting blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans, picture frames and candle holders as they went. Then they did the bathrooms, the kitchen and the floors — carpet, tile and wood. When they were done, everything in the house shone or twinkled. It really looked and smelled great. I was very impressed with all they got done in 1.5 hours. They worked hard, were coordinated in how they cleaned as a team and took pride in what they were doing. And let me just say this — my 14-year-old daughter's room has NEVER looked better. I felt like they treated my home as if it were their own. You cannot ask for more than tha.

Everything was wonderful but there was a team of three and whoever was in charge of Dusting did not do a very good job. I had to go back and just again later on most of the surfaces.

They did a good job. Cleaned the refrigerator inside and out and when I noticed the drawers in the bathroom weren't cleaned they went back in and cleaned them out so I would recommend and use them again.

My Maids did a very good job cleaning my house. They are responsive and efficient. Would recommend.

Took three tries to get an appointment and that was at a time not convenient for me. The first time I used My Maids they did a fabulous job. Left me home clean and sparkly - better than I would have done myself. This time the cleaning was very spotty - some was done well, some was not....eg, bathrooms; sinks, toilets, mirrors, counter tops, doors cabinet fronts - not cleaned or cleaned poorly. Lanai not vacuumed. Vacuuming job was only so-so. Things not done well or haphazardly included dusting, blinds and counter tops. Because I liked the job they did the first time they cleaned my house I would give them another try.

Good, the house was a dusty mess due to recent work done on my floors.There was a team of 3 who worked for about 3 hours.They especially did a good job on my floors which needed to be washed 3 times.The special offer included windows,oven and refrigerator cleaning.The window guy did a great job(I paid extra for extra windows). He even cleaned my mirrors.The refrigerator didn't get cleaned but I called and they offered to send a person back to clean.Very responsive to me in setting a appointment that was timely and convenient for me.

I just had my first cleaning with My Maids and I have already scheduled them to come back. They sent a team of 3 ladies who did a great job giving my small house a much needed deep clean. I did not realize that my bathroom could sparkle like it does now! I recommend!

There was three people so it didn't take that long. The only improvement I would like to see is the use of micro fiber mop instead of the old rag mops. On tile floors the rag mop just push dirty water into the grout. The deal included windows. My Maids didn't do the windows thou. That was outsourced and wasn't as good of a deal. The add said X number of windows included. But it really was window pains not windows.

Quite well. I was a little concerned that having 4 people at once would cause a lot of wasted time but that was not the case. Each person had their defined task and did it well.

Needed the entire home scrubbed because I was unable to do it myself due to chemotherapy, major surgery, and radiation. They were great.

I would go back to them in a minute! I moved a little too far away and they raised their prices. They are perfectionists. Perfection in their cleaning. They do it fast. They clean perfectly. They send a team of people. It's a big group. They are on time. They always pick up the phone. Easy to work with and very responsive to your concerns and time sensitive.

I purchased a package for 8 hours of cleaning. They were supposed to send 4 girls and only sent 3. They said they would do extra because there were only 3 girls instead of 4. After 2 hours they packed up and left. That amounted to 6 hours of cleaning not the 8 hours I had paid for.

The first several months they did a good job. The longer it went the less details they missed. It depends on exactly what a person expects I guess. I expected the same type of service I received the first several months. To many items were missed during my cleaning and I complained several times . They did adjust the price a few times and they also offered to come back and clean the things they missed . Problem is it happened too many times and I be came frustrated . I would not use them again but they are not a bad company . It just seems they became to complacent and I felt when I still complained they really did not care but that is just me. To clean my house with 3 or 4 ladies it takes almost 2 hours and my house is only 1900 sq ft and one room they really did not have to clean much because of my junk. I just felt I deserved consistency and that is not what I got. This is just my own opinion

I was a little concerned that 4 cleaners at the same time would get in each others way but that was not the case. They completed all the items I requested and some that I had not mentioned in the allotted time. Good at cleaning hard to reach places such as ceiling fans, door sills, etc. Very pleased overall.

The three ladies did a fantastic job. After a few pertinent questions, they each got started on their tasks. My home looked terrific when they were done. I will definitely be using their services again.
