Description of Work: They're a good cleaning company. | |Pros: | - Normally prompt and on time | - Very clean cut and respectable cleaning crew | - Fast | - Competitive pricing | |Cons: | - They pretty much just do their short list of cleaning, and that's it. Floors, bathrooms, windows, dusting, dishes. Just the main stuff. I was kind of hoping / expecting that after doing multiple cleanings every two weeks, the house would slowly get better and better as they did an extra odd thing here and there, but they don't. They just do their list as promptly as they can, and that's it. I would like to see them do more, such as cleaning small appliances, cleaning the fridge, inside of drawers and cabinets. Basically I would like to see them do an odd extra thing each time they come, and over the course of six months, the house get better and better.

Description of Work: Cleaning was mediocre at best. Floor corners were not swept or mopped and dusting was done after floor cleaning so naked result was dusty wood floors. Crew was sent back and re-cleaned specific areas but with the same mediocrity and lack of attention to basic detail.

Description of Work: My Most important concern was the kitchen floor and the tub. After they left I used a Swiffer sweeper to see if it was clean.It was black so I used ten more all black.So I got a mop and spent the next hour cleaning the floor.Then with a one year old coming ,I wanted the tub clean ( no one uses this bathroom) so I wiped my hand in the bottom it was gritty so I got a wash rag an cleaned the tub.Was very dissatisfied.
