My Maids

The team leader introduced herself and I was able to ask her any questions. They were there in a timely manner and left within the time frame promised. She was also requesting that I do a walk through to approve of the work. She even saw there was a spot that wasn't completed and attempted to clean it. They cleaned the microwave to be spotless! They cleaned a specific part of the wall that was horribly dirty in our kitchen area. There was a few spots that were missed in between the refrigerator and floor. Not a big deal, will remind when we use service again. However she did her best to clean our master bath tub. There were a lot of hard water stains on it. Overall I'm very satisfied with the job that was completed and have already called to get estimates for a recurring cleaning appointments. Great job My Maids!

My Maids did an outstanding job with our move out cleaning. The attention to detail exceeded our expectations.

They did a great job! Punctual. They worked hard! I've had services in the past and the maids were chatty and less focused. These ladies were focused, knew what each was working on, coordinated and asked questions to make sure that they did things the way I wanted them done. They were very professional. I was VERY happy! My refrigerator looks like a new one its so clean inside!!! They were thorough as well. They worked until the job was done, not based on the hours passed. I was very pleased. I'm still walking through my house with Happiness pasted on my face. I would totally use them again!!

There was a team of four who were very efficient, professional and detail oriented. I was concerned they would be here quite a while but they were so fast. They requested I look everything over to ensure my complete satisfaction before they left. Super pleased with this service!

They cleaned my home as advertised on Angie's List. They cleaned my kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, sliding glass doors, vacuumed and got the placed looking great!

I purchased a Big Deal with them, and the next day they called me to let me know that I was outside of their service area.

I contacted them to get the deal scheduled and they let me know I was outside of their service area. They were however very polite and professional on the phone.

TERRIBLE !!!!!! My cameras caught them using my cleaning supplies, skipping things, etc. When brought to the owner's attention, he came to the house, saw for himself and appeared to be a scam artist. As I informed him that this property is heavily recorded, he changed his tune quickly and took off. I asked for their bonding information and he said he didn't know it. As an owner, you do or you cal your office and say read me that info. He refused of course and said he'd call me with it later. SURE HE WILL. I shall constantly keep The List updated as to how they handle this but it has come to a point where unfortunately, I must go after their bond. If there are others, I can class action this. Just reply. You may be entitled to monetary compensation.

fantastic. the house was very clean with a very limited time. 4 people came and went straight to work. to find something to be critical of, I wish the focus had been on the bathrooms, one was missed. I really cant complain because the rest of the house was cleaned including vacuuming the couches. and to ask 4 people to clean a 3.2k sq ft house in an hour is not really possible and something had to be left out. the deal was too good to pass up. we will be using them again for our next big clean.

They informed me they do not service my area. I have asked for a refund.

My husband and I had been out of the country and they came out the day we arrived home. The service was terrible. My kids said they were here for a few minutes. They brought four people for the work. I wish they would of left us a note describing what was done because it looked like nothing was cleaned. I would never use the company again.

Great service, mission accomplished! The staff arrived on time and were extremely professional and friendly. We liked the service so much that we have decided to begin using My Maids on a bi-weekly basis.

While I purchased a full house cleaning package, I was not 100% satisfied with the work completed. I guess I thought a full house cleaning would include everything without me having to ask. I do want to state that 2 of the 4 ladies who showed up were extremely friendly and thorough, but not as much detail was put in to everything. It appeared like the team leader was more frustrated that she had to work around doors that were being replaced at the same time. This was made perfectly clear when I scheduled the appt. I was told this was no problem at all and they do it all the time. However, that didn't appear to be the case, or at least that is not how some came across. We were putting our house on the market and I had to go back through and clean window sills, windows and interior doors just to be sure all looked good. The girl who cleaned the refrigerator and the kids rooms, did a great job. I just wish the team leader had been more communicative with what she needed to know to do. Not sure if I'd use them again.

The service we received from My Maids was beyond compare. I do not have a long history of using a cleaning service, but with 2 children under 2 I found my house cleaning getting away from me. I decided to try a professional service. I purchased a deal through Angie's List with another company and found the service and quality to not be as good as I was hoping. Then I saw the Big Deal with My Maids and thought I would try one more time. I was truly amazed by both the service of the office staff over the phone and with the team of ladies who cleaned the house. I really like that they send a team of 4 to the house so they were able to complete 8 hours worth of cleaning in just 2 hours. Therefore, they did not take up my whole day. We have a shower that had some hard mildew buildup spots and I have tried multiple different products and spent numerous hours trying to get rid of it with no avail. I don't know how they did it but they got my shower back to a sparkling white. I am pretty picky when it comes to cleaning and was very impressed with the quality I received from my cleaning. They were meticulous with every detail. They actually cleaned behind furniture, moved small items to clean my shelves and counter tops, and impeccably cleaned my floors. The other company I used had spots where they left that dust/lint/dirt buildup from the mop in the corner of the room I would very highly recommend My Maids, especially if quality is the most important thing you are looking for in a cleaning service,

When I spoke with the provider they stated that would be unable to complete the job I have because they will not get on a ladder due to Workman’s Comp. The main reason I needed their services was for dusting high areas I cannot reach. I have chosen to seek a refund with Angie’s List. I may use them in the future as I will need someone to come clean on a regular basis.

The ladies cleaned my entire condo in less than the time allotted, so we are making arrangements for them to complete the remaining time at a later date. They were very nice, did what I asked and used the proper products. However, they are not allowed to do windows or polish silver. So it would be helpful if customers would know those specifics before they signed up.

They were very friendly, kind, and knew that I had a knee replacement surgery and were helping me around. I was extremely pleased and am having them back again in two weeks.

They also offered to make beds, however, I declined because the previous time I did not like the way the bed was made. The rest of the work that was performed was very satisfactory.

They gave me a discount because it was the first time that I had used them. I was satisfied with the services that I received. They do a very good job. They were really good. Their price was pretty fair. I will use them again in the future.

My wife heard about them somehow, but we've had them for about 10 years. We have 2 houses done. I spend $95 for my house. They do my mother-in-law's house for $67. I haven't had an experience with anyone else. They come when they are supposed to come. They are pretty professional people.

The cleaners do a very good job. My insurance paid for this, but I used their services again. They were punctual and very professional. I was pleased with their services.

I've been using this company to clean my house for years. They came out last week to do dusting and clean the floors. They do windows, but they charge extra for that. They're very good, they're prices are quite good compared to others. Excellent timeliness and work quality!
