Description of Work: Contacted Keith Stern on their website, got no response, called 2 days later, talked to Mr Stern, said they would be out the next day, never showed, called back, got a machine, left message and never did get a call.

Member, Sorry our website was acting up when you first attempted to contact us. During Tropical storm Debby, we were getting between 80 - 100 phone calls daily. As you can imagine, this was quite overwhelming even with 26 men working full-time. Unfortunately, some of these phone call messages got lost in the shuffle. We apologize that apparently you were one of them. I looked on Clay County's website and you have had no roofing permit pulled on your residence. If you still need roof work done, please call us and we will make sure you are attended to immediately. Sorry for any inconvenience that we have caused you. Our normal response time in person is within 48 hours to your residence.
