Kevin was thorough and informative during the estimate and quote process. The workers arrived on-schedule, cleaned up at the end of each day, and left us with a fantastic looking roof. I have already recommended Kayco to a number of friends!

Jonathan and Ryan were also a pleasure to work with during the project. Roofers were on time and worked hard all day. Kayco Roofing is a roofing company that I recommend highly.

The experience went well, from the beginning, they were the first to call us back and set up an appointment for an estimate. Several other companies were called but they had a waiting list several months long and we were in need of a new roof in short order. They were not the overall cheapest, but they were the most capable of doing the job quickly. Johnathan, Kevin and Ryan teamed up to get our roof done within two weeks of our initial call. They even worked to save us money by allowing us to keep an existing skylight that was discontinued, a replacement would have caused delays and cost overruns, but instead they cleaned and inspected it and enforced the existing skylight to reduce the impact on our budget and scope of the project.The roof looks great and it will get its first test with storms this weekend. If anything bad happens, I will make sure to update this post, but I'm sure we will be fine. I recommend Kayco roofing and will probably use them again on future projects. Make sure to ask for your Angie's List discount. They honored the request which definitely helps.

They were very professional. I had no issues. I feel like they were fair. I just found someone who was going to be cheaper. It's possible that I will use them again.

Kayco Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof. I live out of state and was preparing the home to be sold so I had to do everything over phone, email and coordinate thru my listing agent. Kevin was prompt in getting back to me for the initial estimate and did an outstanding job of working with me, given the limitation of working the whole thing from out of town. Installation was done on a schedule that worked perfectly with all of the other inspections that needed to get done as part of the sale and the final product looked fantastic. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and his crew who helped work thru this complicated situation of coordinating from out of town. Cindy at the office was also great at getting me the required paperwork and keeping me appraised on how things were going. Price was very competitive as well. 100% recommend this business.

First, let me say that Kevin from Kayco Roofing came to the house and did a thorough review of what we wanted done and our preferences. From this, he developed a superb proposal, the best I've seen in any field for any job. It was beautifully done, had all of the required information and lots of things others would never think to include, like all of their proofs of insurance and hundreds of references for previous work. The price was very good, considering the quality of the roof and certainly beat the estimates of other competitors whose proposals were much less professional. The team that came to do the work was great, and they wasted no time at all. Everyone knew their job and you could tell that they were meticulous in their attention to detail. Once the job was completed, they took my check (note that they require no money up front, not typical) and made sure the site was cleaned up and to my satisfaction. Bottom line, this was the best contractor of any sort that I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with dozens over the years. These guys are the best, and I can't imagine anyone in our area beating them on price or service quality. VERY IMPRESSED!

Kayco Roofing did a great job. They helped pick the best color and was able to show me previous jobs for reference. Kevin was my sales guy for the job and he was very professional. The crew was on time, worked very long hours to complete the job, hard working and courteous.. The roof looks great and the clean up was complete. I'm not sure how they compare with pricing (I would expect similar to competitors), but I know that I received quality work at a fair price. I've had neighbors come by and say the same thing I just mentioned about quality of work. I recommend this company if you are looking for a roof!

The gentleman who did my quote was great. The only hiccup we had was that the stucco needed to be removed on the chimney to replace the flashing and they were unable to do that. This caused a little scheduling maneuvering but even when I had to change the date of repair at the last minute (due to an illness of the stucco repairman), they were able to accommodate me and got the repair done quickly and efficiently.

It's been 2 months since we had Kayco Roofing install the new roof on the home we were purchasing and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. From the beginning, Clark was very easy to work with, always returning calls promptly if he didn't answer right away. He met with me the day after our first call to discuss the job and the pricing and had a quote to me later that day.His quote was very reasonable compared to several others we had gotten. I was very impressed with his presentation, having all license, insurance, and multiple pages of references given without asking. He gave me addresses of homes that they had done as well, so that I could see the shingle colors we were considering. Due to our closing schedule, we needed to have a roof put on quickly, and Clark went out of his way to rearrange his schedule to fit us in. During the 2 days that it took to do the job, his crew was there promptly and worked efficiently, taking care to keep all debris contained. They were continuously making sure everything was picked up from the lawn, and scanned for stray nails afterward. The only issue we had, which was not their fault, was discovered the day we closed on the house and went to turn on the A/C and it didn't work! According the the repairman, our A/C line runs through the attic just underneath the roof, and apparently a nail had pierced the line causing the freon to leak out. I called Clark and explained what happened and he was very apologetic, and immediately wanted to make it right. A check was in the mail to me the next day to cover the cost of the repairs, no questions asked. That definitely speaks greatly of his character and pride in his company's reputation! We have another house that will be needing a new roof in a few years, and will definitely be calling Clark and Kayco Roofing!

Clark, the owner, was responsive and very pleasant to deal with. No pressure sales tactics like the other 2 quotes I got. Clark was the least expensive and his quote actually included a better quality product as well. Since Angie List and other word of mouth recommendations were stellar I went with Kayco. The job took longer than usual as it rained everyday, but they completed the work, cleaned up very well after themselves, and the roof looks just outstanding.

The owner of the company did a great job of explaining the process and products/materials used. He estimated the job would take about 2 days. His crew arrived on time the day of the job and finished in ONE Day! I was very happy with the workmanship and everyone was very nice. I was impressed with the great customer service this company offers. The owner was always quick to return my calls and answer my questions. I definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a new roof. The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received, they have great customer service, show up when they say they are going to be there, did a great job on the new roof, and cleaned up the area quickly after the job was complete.

Clark was on time and gave a professional estimate for the roof. He explained what would be done and offered suggestions. There was no high pressure pitch. On day one the old roof was removed and the plywood nailed to meet code. When a leak issue around the chimney was discovered, it was promptly handled. On day two, the roof was completed and the crew did an excellent cleanup job. On both days the crew was here ready to work promptly. I am very pleased with the job that was done and would recommend Kayco to anyone needing roof work.

I cannot express adequately in writing how happy I am with the new roof done by Kayco. They went over and above in terms of making sure the repairs were done properly to the areas that had caused the leaking roof as well as identifying an area that was causing leaks where the roof interfaced with the siding. Even though I had to pay extra to replace some siding - it was very reasonable and done professionally. They also worked with me in helping to identify what shingle (color) I ultimately chose and I am very happy with the final result.

All excellent and never had to come back a second time. I would highly recommend to my real estate fellow realtors.

Our experience with them was excellent.

Old shingles removed, repair of decking, metal in valleys, new ridge vent replacing turbine and new 50 year shingles. House 1100sf plus single attached garage sf. Kayco was professional start to finish. I had gotten four estimates that varied by $4000! Kayco was on par with the lower two. AND he actually returned phone calls. Every request was handled with ease: 3 addresses were given to check out roof colors, extra flashing installed over pergola roof, scheduling that worked for me. We had a few days rain delay, but then the shingles were delivered, dumpster delivered (without hurting driveway), tarps brought in just in case and his crew came bright and early and I had my new roof by the end of the day! They would have finished earlier except for the county inspector came late. The team was professional and hard working. They went over my yard numerous times to picks up nails...only 2 have been found since. Very pleased with all aspects of this contractor.

All appointments were on time. All workers were very professional. When I had questions and they answered them to my satisfaction. When they left at night they cleaned up the whole area and when they left it was like they were never here. No nails or debris anywhere. Could not be happier.

These guys are great. When the Clay County inspector showed up and climbed on the roof he said it was the best job he had ever seen. He said that every nail they were supposed to use they did. They even used a magnet to pick up all the nails in the yard. They also took away all the old shingles. These guys are awesome.

We called a number roofing contractors to get estimates on installing new skylights in our roof. When Kayco Roofing arrived, the Rep Jason was very professional and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and what were the best materials needed to be used. They also gave one of the most reasonable and one of the best quotes right on spot. They came out on time and completed the installation in little over an hour. It looks great and they did a full clean-up afterwards. We are hiring them for our chimney next. I highly recommend them to anyone. Good contractors are truly hard to come by. And, Kayco Roofing are a great company to choose for a reasonable price and great quality work! Emmett H.
