About us

Thank you for taking time to want to know more about Goode's Cleaning Services. My Name Is Judy Goode I’ve been married to Andy for 50 years, we have a lovely daughter, four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. For 34 years, I spent my career in New York as a Wall Street Computer Director, managing over 30 employees. After 911, I was scared to commute into the city, so my husband Andy and I decided to retire. We sold our home in 2003 and moved to this beautiful sunny state of Florida. For one full year we perfected the art of doing nothing and that sure was a lot of fun. However, it was time to make the doughnuts and we knew that we wanted to do something together. So we opened up Goode’s Cleaning Services. We now have 20 employees and we service over 208 homes and 30 offices. In 2008, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce nominated our cleaning company Small Business Leader of the Year. In 2014 The Clay Chamber award Goode's Cleaning Small Business of the Month. In 2015 thru 2018 Goode's Cleaning Services received Angie's List SUPER SERVICE AWARD. At Goode's Cleaning we take Cleaning very serious. Our company provides services Weekly, Bi–Weekly, Monthly or just on an as needed bases We do Move Ins And Move Outs . We are Licensed & insured and ready to make your Home or place of business shine. Description of Work: The girl that showed up to clean our house was late and not very friendly. She didn't even tell me she was leaving. Plus she was very slow! I didn't feel like my money went as far as it could have.

Description of Work: The owner of Goodes Cleaning Service was stellar. She exceeded all our expectations going above and beyond the items needed cleaned in our home. Her staff was courteous, friendly but above all, ready to do the job. Goodes Cleaning Service has a motto: "We don't cut corners, we clean them!" They back up what they said they would do. They were respectful of our home and cleaned our home as though it was their own. Love them! I highly recommend using their service. We will definitely use their services again. Our home was clean and looked fantastic in the time scheduled. Great company great team.

Description of Work: Cleaning was excellent as owner has great helpers. Issues were when showing what needed to be done in the house. We didn't get through two rooms before the owner was complaining that I had a big house spend she couldn't do everything. I've had a maid service in the past and her complaints were not realistic. Was so tired of hearing her complain I almost sent them away without doing the work. They did a great job on the work, but I can't deal with the high maintenance owner's complaints.

Description of Work: The brought 2 cleaners and the owner came and spent over 3 hours doing a spring cleaning, moved items in the closet and dusted everything, cleaned the bathrooms including removing some stains in the toilets that I thought could not be removed. Very impressed with the service!!
