Spectacular! I can't express how grateful I am on cleaning days. It would take me hours to do all they do and I still wouldn't get to half of it. It's not just a clean house I pay for. It's the time it gives back to me to spend with my family.

I have been using them for over 5 years. Had others when I first moved to the area, but was never satisfied. I saw an ad for Goode gave them a try and have never looked back.

Amazing to say the least! My house smelled clean! They ALWAYS do a wonderful time when they come. No corner gets over looked with them. I love what they do.

Excellent! Communication with owner was great! I explained what I wanted done; she gave me a quote and scheduled the cleaners. They arrived on-time and they did a superb job! I needed cleaning to be completed on a very short notice. Judy was able to accommodate for me! I had a home which had been utilized as rental that was going on the MLS in a few days. Remodeling had just completed and pictures and video due quickly. I called Judy late on Tuesday and she was able to get me a crew of 3 the next day. The came in right before the scheduled time, were friendly, professionally, and most importantly thorough. The also asked me if I was satisfied with the work they had done. What I appreciated the most is how accommodating they were as I had appliance that were supposed to be delivered prior to them getting there and they arrived right in the middle of their cleaning. I also had a worker from the renovation crew there unexpectedly doing some final things and they quickly adjusted what they were cleaning to allow my other work to be completed as well. Judy and her team were a joy to work with. Highly recommended.

Wonderful. Did a superb job We are in our early 70's and can't do deep cleaning anymore. So impressed that will have them monthly to keep the house spiffy. Your company has been my savior. Very highly appreciated and recommended

I told the to not mess my vertical blinds. They did and they will not close. They denied it. I have to have someone come out and fix it. They claim that they are insured. They are bonded. I don't think so and they are probably illegal imegrants. I called Judy the owner and she insisted that they did not mess up my blinds. She was not there, how does she know. Do not go there.

Great very thorough and have them clean regularly every 2 weeks. The owner Judy Goode has put together the best crews if you have any issues Judy is on it to fix anything immediately.

Very well. Super nice staff and they did a great job. The company utilizes a team leader, who the customer explains details to. The team worked quickly but carefully. I look forward to seeing them soon. My cost below was for a monthy service, however, there was a 5% discount for my initial cleaning. My husband and I live a lone, but in a big house, so we believe the price and quality

The owner isn't overly patient and She is abrupt . I was told 1 to 2pm would be my appointment time . Instead she confused me with another client and I had to leave immediately from where I was in my day to go open the house. What an inconvenience!! Also, when they were reaching the end of their max hours for the day, she rudely texted me saying that and never asked me did I want them to come another day to finish. So my natural response was is it done???? That seemed to set her off . So unprofessional! Before I paid I walked through and noticed bugs still below kitchen cabinets, tub , tile, and shower knob were not clean . One side of stove was done and wiped but not the other and so much more . When I called them to come back out her husband came and did clean the areas of concern however, when he cleaned the plant shelves he left all the dust on the clean kitchen counters . Also, he left in hurry while I was talking to the yard man purposely avoiding me and a final inspection !! Next time I will use someone new for sure !!!

Goode's Cleaning Services is located approximate 50 miles away from my home. They explained that they were unable to complete any services for me. They were very polite and professional.

Awful. They arrived with no supplies, and asked if i could provide them with bleach. They said that they could not do the work asked of them, would have to leave and i would have to speak with the boss to re-schedule i tried but was told she did not have the staff to send to the house to clean.... (even though she continues to advertise cleaning specials on Angies List.... hire again? not a chance in ****

We hire Goode's on a regular basis, they always do a fantastic job.

I called because of the reviews and WOW was I disappointed. I am a customer service rep myself so maybe my standards are high but I didn't expect to get greeted by the mean lady that answered the phone. She was so rude and so mean that I couldn't even stay on the phone to discuss what I was calling about. I will never call this company again or refer them. I would hate to see what the service is like if that's how you will get greeted.
