Description of Work: House cleaned well. I am handicapped and cannot clean, it is great to have a clean house. My husband takes good care of me, but cannot do the house also. It was great to have it done and done well. The whole house was cleaned, picked up, and the floors mopped and rugs vacuumed, everything was dusted.

+ -1 moreService was excellent.!! Everyone was very professional and pleasant. They were punctual and able to accommodate my day off with when they would come and clean. They cleaned everything! the fronts of all my cabinets in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. They cleaned the light fixtures in my bathroom too! And they got out the rings in the toilets that I could not get out for years!!. They were so good. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good cleaning crew. They are AWESOME!!!!!!! I can't wait for them to come back and do my cleaning on a regular basis.

+ -1 moreThis company agreed to clean my 3,000 sf home for $130 and they promised 3 people cleaning for 2 and a half hours. I made it clear from day 1 that if 2 and a half hours turned into 2 hours or if 3 people turned into 2 people that I would not continue with their services. Well this is exactly what happened and while they did agree to reduce my rate when they only wanted to come for 2 hours they refused to do anything beyond the 2 hours and no special requests such as ceiling fans. The staff complained that they felt harassed when I would ask for extras such as baseboards and window blinds cleaned! The cleaning that they completed was adequate but I certainly do not want people with this attitude in my home. They only want to rush thru and finish as quickly as possible to maximize their profits! One of the workers told me the crew cleans 10 houses a day. How is that possible? That means that they are not spending even 2 hours per house. Buyer beware.
Description of Work: Basic housecleaning. This does not include anything other than visible surfaces. No blinds, no windows, no top of bookshelves, no under beds, no ceiling fans.
