The repairman was professional and efficient. He was able to diagnose the problem and solve it. I was very happy and would use this company again.

Clothes dryer was taking 2 to 3 times as long to dry a load of clothes. We thought that the heating element might have gone bad. The problem turned out to be clogged vent. The moist warm air was trapped in the dryer?s rotating drum. The technician identified the problem and corrected it quickly. Total cost of $55.00 seemed little bit high, but the work was done to our satisfaction.

Definitely an "A" company!

My washing machine wasn't working and I needed someone to come out and figure out why the water wouldn't spin out. I called and was able to set an appointment for the next day. They came out on time and were able to repair it without incurring any cost other than the service call.

The dryer had been making a loud noise for several days and not wanting to get involved in dismantling the thing, I checked Angie's List for a reputable repair service. I found this company and was satisfied with other people's reviews of their work. I called and spoke to a lady who took my information ,told me their rates and set a date for the job. The repairman showed up when he was supposed to, found the problem but had to order the part. He called back in a couple of days, said he had the part and we set a date and time for him to come back. He came between the hours we agreed on, installed the part and the dryer works like a champ.

The repairman came on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part with him. The washing machine was not spinning at all - I was afraid the repair would be quite costly. The parts were only $12.65 and labor was $60. He was efficient and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this firm again. [We found him on the list - and when I called I told them that we had found them on Angie's list]

My Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling, I called E.A.R.S. and they came out and were right on time. They diagnosed and fixed the problem, they checked out everything, and told me it was just a fan blade had been bent. They fixed it and only charged me for the service call. They also told me that if that didn't fix the problem just call them back and they wouldn't charge me for a second service call. They were very nice and very quick.
