Description of Work: Randy was very professional and explained everything that was happening with the leak in my shower. He also replaced the same thing in the other shower as a preventative measure without any additional service charge. I highly recommend this business for honesty and great customer service!

Description of Work: I had a back up in my toilets and tubes. Wasn't sure at the time what was causing it when I called Randy's. He cleaned out all my toilet drain pipes and saw that it was the septic that I had a problem with. The representative was very professional and thorough with his work and explanations. He was fair with his price and yes, I would use them again.

Description of Work: Randy came to check our garbage disposal. He tried to fix it , but could not, it was fried!. He had all the necessary supplies in his truck to replace the unit with a new one and any necessary plumbing. We would use Randy again.

Description of Work: Replaced a rusted outside hose hookup. Had to cut into the outside wall to get it replaced. Filled the wall in when finished. Needed to repaint the new stucco, but such a small area, can't tell we couldn't exactly match the faded paint. Good job!

Description of Work: Randy new exactly what needed to be done when I spoke to him on the phone. He said it should not take more than 1 1/2 hours, he was done in one hour. He really knows his job and does it well. I would hire him again for my next plumbing job. The other plumbers wanted to charge me from $600.00 to $1,000.00 for the very same job.

Description of Work: Randy is very good and goes out of his way to help people. I live in CT and have never met him in person, but spoke to him many times. If he can't do it, he will give you at least 2 qualified people that can. I will never switch to anyone else.

Description of Work: Had a plugged sink which he repaired . Discoverd disposall had hidden problem. He was able to get ba new one very quickly and at a reasonable price. He is very pleasant

Description of Work: Randy was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and very reasonable. The final bill was actually less than the estimate. He installed a new dishwasher, faucet, garbage disposal unit, and cleaned out the plumbing to the sink. I was very happy with his service, puncuality, and pricing. I will call him for any of my plumbing needs and recommend him to everyone.

Description of Work: Randy came out when he said, inspected our whole house's plumbing system, helped us resolve some minor issues, and explained how venting works. He was polite, friendly, and fair. He did not try to upsell us. We would use him again.

Description of Work: I had gutted my kitchen, and was installing a new everything and moving things around. He had to replumb underneath the house, inside the kitchen, connect things, install things....he spent a little over a day there with a helper.
