Great, personal service - not a big company, etc . It's Randy and he's honest, reliable. I would trust him to do work in my home even if we weren't there.

Randy installed a water treatment system for us a few months ago and was great. The price was fair and he is very nice. This time he did several repairs and we had a great experience also. I would recommend him to anyone. Great service and very honest.

Repaired leaking tub and tested my malfunctioning water heater.

I had used this provider in the past and had a mostly positive experience. However, after he snaked a clogged kitchen sink drain in one of my rental units, it was clogged up again in less than 6 weeks. I foolishly assumed it would be covered under a warranty, be he wanted to charge me again saying he had no control over what my tenant put down the kitchen sink drain. My tenant assured me that she was cautious about what went down the drain. I called another plumber and he felt that the drain was snaked with too small of a snake and only drilled a small hole in the clog. I have hired this plumber as he is willing to offer me a 1 year warranty on the repair. I feel that Randy was not up front with me by not telling me the job was not warrantied. Also he was short-sighted as he did not lose a customer, he lost 5 customers...I own a home and 4 rental units.

He made, what to me would be a complicated job, simple because of his extensive experience.

Went very well, as usual. We have been using Randy for years. He is a great plumber.

He was extremely understanding of the situation and fixed the toilet right away he took the time to point out the sink had a non standard faucet size and found one that had to be order. Order the faucet and returned to install it. He kept to his quoted price, when the supplier miss quoted the price. He worked around the schedule of taking my dad back and forth to the doctor.

Everything with them was excellent. He came out right before a holiday. He didn't have the parts with him but went and got them. He was very helpful in explaining everything. He was there when he said he would be and his prices were what he said it would be.

I've used him before. He is reasonably priced. He's fast and responsive. It doesn't leak.

Randy researched the problem. He knew we were having company and had no hot water. He was available whenever the parts arrived and did a great job!

Randy's been great. A couple people have mentioned timeliness and promptness, and while Randy was a bit later than discussed the very first time we met, he was in communication. That's what I appreciate about Randy, he communicates well and does so in a straight forward manner. It's like having a friend come do the work for you -- a very talented and knowledgeable friend. The first time we got together I was having Randy look at my house because I thought I needed to re-plumb. He helped me understand the state of the plumbing in my house and talked through all the possible options with me. Ultimately we decided not to do the re-plumb. He put in a new water heater, which has been great. Just this week I had an issue with low hot water pressure in my master shower. He actually diagnosed the problem over the phone and, after confirming his correct diagnosis when he came, got the parts he needed and addressed the issue right away. I don't know what labor typically costs in this field, but the price seems fair and I've had a great time working with Randy.

I have used this vendor several times in the past and had been content with the results. This time he showed up over an hour late though he did call me about being late; it was to be almost a whole 1 day job so I was surprised at how late it got started. He was there from 10:15 to about 3:40 PM to complete the service call. I thought the price was high since it was PVC used for ALL the replaced hot and cold water pipes. There was no sweating of pipes, solder or joint cleaning for elbows and such so I was surprised at the cost. I had arranged for the old hot water heater to be removed and hauled off, so there was no expense there. Standard sized electric hot water heaters, even at wholesale prices, are not that expensive; PVC is inexpensive enough. Randy had always responded to my previous requests with professional tones in the past.

Randy arrived on time and performed what needed to be done. Cleaned up after himself and the price for his service was very reasonable. I really appreciated that he didn't take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about water heaters and try to up his service to get more money. Honest...reliable and affordable.

Well, he came in, looked at the problem, knew exactly what was wrong and told me he would be right back. He needed to go get the parts. He came back and we had a very nice conversation. He loves what he does and that is why he gets all A's. I would recommed Randy to anyone. Very personal, and wants to treat the customers the way that they like. Very good personality and very professional, He gets an A from me. No more leaks and it didn't take him a long time to fix. This plumber was called at noon on Sunday. Left a voice mail detailing our issue. He never responded. Called a more reliable plumber who arrived within an hour and corrected the problem in 30 minutes. Very unprofessional that this guy did not bother to even return our call.

Asked to quote outside work, took details,was suppose to get back to me next day, never heard from again....

After explaining our issue, he told us we required a company that works on well pumps. He gave a referral and our problem was solved!

We made an appointment for mid morning to mid day on January 6, 2014. We called the Friday before..No specific times were given to fix a leaking garbage disposal. Randy never showed and never called. We wasted a whole day. We called someone else.

Randy was prompt, found the problem, made the repair. Very satisfied with his service.

At 8 pm Weds. we found out that our hot water heater had gone on the fritz. It was 37 years old. I called Randy at 8:30 am the next morning, explaining that we had a houseful of company and no hot water. He asked a few questions and agreed that it was best to replace our old heater. He said he would check to see if he could get one that would fit( we have a low boy one) and get back to me. He called me a few minutes later and said that one was available. He also said that he would not be able to leave the job he was on to come to our house but would be able to push the next job back so that we would be able to have water. And that he would call me when he was on his way. He called me and arrived at the stated time. Basically he installed my water heater and cleaned up his mess and we had hot water before 3 pm. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him and also would use him again

Randy responded to my phone call quickly and arranged for a date and time. He was punctual ; he was friendly and likeable while remaining professional. We discussed 4 different problems I was coping with, and he made recommendations, with solid reasons for those recommendations. He provided an estimate for the work decided upon, but the final invoice was less than that estimate by, in my opinion, a substantial amount. He immediately went to work and made all repairs in an efficient and timely manner. There have been no further problems since the repairs were completed. His expertise, equipment, and professionalism were outstanding. I will continue to use this company in the future no matter what the problem might be.

Randy is a friendly guy - and it is obvious he wants to do a good job. He DOES do a good job. Importantly, he is not just some guy who keeps information to himself - he actually tries to educate the consumer......what a novel idea.
