Called late in the day and their office was very helpful. Plumber arrived as promised in about 45 minutes from initiation of call.

Very professional, prompt and diligent. Great at problem solving and accommodating when unforeseen issues came up. Great company!!

The receptionist who scheduled the appointment same day I called giving me a two hour window for the plumber showing up. She was courteous and professional. The plumber called to let us know he was running a little late and prior to arrival. He was courteous and very professional. We were at the tail-end of a 14 hour work day for the young man, but he quickly went to work and efficiently repaired the line and valve involved. I would definitely call this plumbing service again!

The installer showed ad the appointed time and installed the new water heater and took the one away. The whole job took about 3 hours and he cleaned so it looked as if no work had been done.

They send experts out that are very knowledgatle, very polite, on time and he called saying he could be there a little ahead of time if that was ok with me and it was. When changing the faucet out he even put towels down to catch any drip that happened. They are going to install my bathroom sink and faucet next and I know the job will be done right. They get my 5 stars and more.

I took advantage of Angie's List deal of paying $100 for a $200 discount to have a new hot water heater installed. First Quality Plumbing office staff (Donna) was very helpful in giving me the cost of the work, acknowledging the discount, and setting up a scheduled time to do the work. My only problem with the job was the work was supposed to be performed on Monday morning. Rick, the plumber arrived with the heater, but did not have a required tool to do the job, so the work had to be rescheduled to two days later. Rick dropped off the heater and came back Wednesday morning. Rick installed the heater and was very personable during the job. He made arrangements to have the heater removed and cleaned up the work area. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the job. The price of the heater was considerably cheaper than another quote I received, even without the discount.

I called for a quote and provided accurate information with regard to the type water heater and work to be performed. Total cost estimated was 349 dollars (permit included) total plus any additional costs at hourly rates for additional work to be performed during installation of heater and replacement of a valve. Installer came and could not place water heater in exact position of old water heater but new location displaced by three feet at the most. My Net cost which includes the cost of purchasing the coupon came out to be almost 500 dollars. I would not recommend buying the offered 200 dollar coupon for 100 dollars. - This coupon is misleading and did little to offset the total cost of the work to be performed as hoped.

I called First Quality Plumbing because my septic system was backing up . When Don showed up he flushed out the Septic tank and after checking the system out seen where the old drain field was damaged and needed to be replaced. I had a tree located near the septic tank but he was able to run some pipe from the septic tank around the house to the back yard where he was able to install the new drain field. Don was very professional and explained every procedure that had to be done . He done a great job every thing is running great now have had no problems since . I would highly recommend First "Quality they always do great work I had also used them at one time to replace my water heater another great job. I would most definitely use them again.

This is my third dealing with First Quality and all have been very good.

An appointment was made for them to come out on a day my tenant went to work in the afternoon. The appointment day came Thursday February 13, in the am. By 11 am no plumber had appeared. My tenant had to call them to see when they were coming, as she had to be at work by 2, their response was "oh my boss changed the schedule around for today and forgot to call you". Needless to say, neither of us was too happy. Way to unprofessional for me. I can't speak to their work or to their prices, as nothing was done. In their defense they did offer another appointment for the same day, but when my tenant had to be at work-no help there. Would not recommend them if you need something actually done at the time they say they will.

JOHN CAME TO THE HOUSE DID HIS JOB QUICKLY AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN WORKING ORDER. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. I EVEN GOT HIM A JOB AT MY NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM ME. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN AND TO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

We called another plumber and he tried to unclog the sink but did not have the right tool. He told me he would call First Quality Plumbing and they would come out with the correct machine and fix it. The clogged was located approximately 12 feet along the line and First Quality was able to fix it in a matter of 1\2 hour. He also gave me tips on how to keep the pipe from clogging up again. Very professional and will use them again.

.I called First Quality with a plumbing emergency. We are having our shower redone and when the wall was torn down, the tile guy discovered a crack in the hot water connector and a poor plumbing job done for the previous owners. Since the pipe was leaking, the water was turned off until repairs could be made.. I explained the situation to First Quality and they sent a technician promptly. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained our options and gave me an estimate before proceeding. He did a great job, including cleanup. I would highly recommend First Quality Plumbing.

Called First Quality that moring with a problem in a rental home of ours; their toilets were making sound strange sound and backing up. First Quality called us right back and scheduled a review of the problem. First Quality indicated that the septic system drain field was not draining propertly. Altough we trust First Quality we always get a second opinion and the second plumbing agreed that the drain field was not working propertly and gave us an estimate of service needed. We called First Quality back and got their estimate and it was $1000 less...First Quality completed the job in record time and came in under the original estimate... First Quality truely is First Quality!

Called that morning. Tech (Daniel) was there that afternoon as promised. Took him about an hour to fix it. He was extremely professional and pleasant as he dug through the mud outside in the rain. Not only was it fixed perfectly and quickly, it cost significantly less than I expected. Great experience from start to finish and Daniel was awesome.

Dr. Erdman and his staff are fantastic and professional. I am very happy with the experience that I have had with them from the visits themselves all the way to the billing.

I called to arrange for an estimate on the work and it was scheduled immediately for the next day. The person doing the estimate was quick and professional. When the behind the wall plumbing work was done we gave the plumber all of the faucets that we had purchased for the shower and sinks as well as the rough-in valve for the shower that we had purchased. The plumber was quick if lacking in customer service personality. My husband asked him a few questions related to the bathroom remodel that were not plumbing related and his response both times was an abrupt, "I don't know, not my problem." When everything was completed in our bathroom and we called back for the finishes to be installed, it was once again scheduled quickly and efficiently. The office staff is very pleasant and helpful. A different plumber came this time and he was very nice and personable. However, since the first plumber didn't look at what was to be installed when he was here the first time, he didn't make the necessary modifications to the plumbing for the shower before the wall was finished and the tile was installed. The second plumber even called and verified with him. No, he hadn't looked because he didn't feel it was necessary. We were given the choice between breaking out tile or cutting a hole in our newly repaired, textured and painted wall. The wall lost. Of course we weren't thrilled, we will be having it repaired when we have some other work done in the house. We find it interesting that the individual that made the error might be their lead plumber. Lack of personality should really be backed up by excellent work. We would probably consider using them again but this is why they received a B.

They were very prompt in coming and fixing the leak. We thought that the $78 charge was very fair. Later that month we had problems with the septic tank and called them again. Again they were very prompt and professional in dealing with this and charged us $170 for cleaning it out. He also reminded me to us RidX on a regular basis which i had not been doing often.. We would call them again with any of our plumbing problems.

They are very timely, very professional and they don’t charge you extra for coming out in the weekends – of course plumbing issues happen on a weekend right. They are courteous and professional and their prices are reasonable.

I was surprised at the immediate attention my initial phone call . Ron spoke to me at length on several occasions, we were converting to a gas range and tankless water heater. The process is time consuming and requires coordination between multiple service. Ron was very professional, wanted to do everything first class and took extra time to make sure all was performed in that manner. He obtained permits, inspections, and even referred an electrician to us which we had no idea we needed. The job is done, We are happy and would refer Ron and his company to anyone who needs a good qualified plumber.
