We offer same day service in most cases. We charge a flat rate for repairs, no additional fees or charges. Our technicians attend training classes to stay up to date on the newest appliances on the market. Each service vehicle has a large stock of parts, an internet connected computer to perform part lookups and service ticket input.

Description of Work: Washing machine would not drain. The machine is only a year and a half old. I called them out to take a look. They drained the washer and said it needed a new drain pump. I was told the part was ordered and we had a follow up appointment for them to repair it and estimate cost was 170$. But apparently the part was on back order with no ETA on restock. Ended up having to buy a new washer over the weekend and still had to pay a service fee of 79$ to Allens. I recommend always buying a warranty on any new appliance purchases. Appliances just are not built like they used to be.

Description of Work: Had to repair my washing machine. Parts had to be ordered and was told it would take about a week for parts to arrive. They came the day and time of my scheduled appointment. I am happier now with my washing machine than when I first got it 3 years ago.
