We offer same day service in most cases. We charge a flat rate for repairs, no additional fees or charges. Our technicians attend training classes to stay up to date on the newest appliances on the market. Each service vehicle has a large stock of parts, an internet connected computer to perform part lookups and service ticket input.

We were unable to locate any issues with your dryer when performing diagnostic tests while at your home. We did charge a service call to perform the diagnostics, which also covers any additional work for 30 days. We returned to find a failed control board, which you declined to replace. Please let us know if we may serve you in the future, we take our dedication to excellence very seriously.

Description of Work: The service person thought that the filter needed to be tightened which it did. He said I should have ice cubes in two hours. He is returning today to complete the project. In other words, he will fix the same problem that brought him here in the first place. There is no question: I recommend Allen's Appliance. It is a well run company. When I call to make an appointment, I have been treated in a friendly, professional manner.
