Wife went with Allen's because of their reviews here and the fact that they are pretty much down the street from us. Very pleased to note that their feedback here is well-deserved. She called around 9 and explained that our fridge had suddenly stopped cooling. The gentleman apologized for not being able to get out to us until between 1 and 4 that same day. Wife informed him that we had a backup fridge in the garage, and that was actually a really-quick turnaround, so no worries. I thought it was a very nice gesture. Service showed up on time. Turned out to be a bad starter relay, which is what I suspected based on my "googling" of the issue...but I am not very handy, and this is why we have professionals, right? He had a replacement on the truck and was able to make the repair quickly, and advised my wife on how long she should wait til she filled the fridge back up. By the time I was home, fridge was nice and cool. Honest, efficient, and effective service...and at a fair price.

Call them, they came same day. Had to order parts, when they came in they were right there to install them.

Called them in the morning and they were out within 2 hours. Fixed the washing machine lid mechanism. Everything went very smoothly.

I like them a lot. They were very good. They helped me solve my problem and answered all of my questions. They came right over.

They offered same day service and arrived on time. They repaired the dryer at the time. They had to order a part for the washer and followed up several times to make the washer repair as soon as possible. they did not collect any payment until all repairs were complete.

They were great and fine. They called me right back and set an appointment. Then they came out and repaired it. They did not take more than two minutes to perform the work. I would use them again in the future.

Our two year old Samsung Front Load Dryer just quit working. I already had the vent cleaned out and it still did not work. I called a couple of appliance repair companies and one said they do not work on Samsung dryers and another said was most likely a heating element but it would take two months to get the part. I could not wait that long to dry my clothes so I called Allen's Appliance Service. They came out the next day and found that the heating element was the cause and also cleaned out lint inside the dryer. They ordered the part and said it might take up to a week to receive it. Anthony called the next day and said an extra heating element was on another truck and they came that afternoon to install it. I was so happy. And now my dryer works perfectly! I would DEFINITELY recommend Allen's Appliance Service. They were courteous, professional and very prompt. Good customer service is hard to find.

I freaked out when my refrigerator read 60º and its supposed to be in the upper 30's to low 40's! Allen's Appliance Service was prompt in getting to my home, detecting the problem and replacing the broken fan - all in less than an hour. I was very impressed with the service tech's professionalism, courtesy and patience with my 3 - 7mo old kittens who were very nosy in exploring everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

They did a pretty great job. They were very dependable. The price was reasonable. My overall experience was excellent. I would grade them highly for everything. I would use them in the future.

They do multiple things. I have used them for a number of appliances. Some of them are over 20 years old. They work with me on my scheduling according to my convenience. They call before they come. They let me know if they are running behind which they hardly ever are. They are approachable people. It is a good group. I would recommend them to family and others. I have a contract on my home and they are going to be on the list of people I leave for the new owner. I would use them again in the future. They are the only people I would call.

He is really good. He basically did it for what his service call was and that was it. He could have very easily ripped me off, but he didn't. I had no idea what was wrong with it. I actually gave him a $20 tip because I thought he could have got me for a lot more than what I paid.

One year old dishwasher stopped working. Called Allen's and they worked with me on scheduling. Cost more to fix than repair so Tech recommended getting new one. Gave me a discount on installation.

I WAS ORIGINALLY WORRIED I WOULD BE RIPPED OFF WITH A BOGUS CHARGE FOR A PART I DID NOT NEED. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE WITH ANOTHER REPAIRMAN. THIS REPAIR WAS WIDE OPEN FOR ABUSE, BECAUSE I HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG AND EXPECTED AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR. I WAS CHARGED THE MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE AND MY DRYER WORKS LIKE NEW. IT WAS NOTHING THAT I COULD FIX, BUT DID NEED HIS (MIKE) EXPERT SKILLS. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. HONEST AND FAIR ! THOSE ARE TWO WORDS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IN QUITE AWHILE !!!!! DON'T HESITATE TO GIVE THEM A CALL.

The service man from Allen's was prompt and courteous. He listened to my explanation of the problem and the solutions I had tried myself. After determining the need to reset a switch inside the dryer, he took it apart, reset and reassembled in less than 30 minutes with complete explanation during the process. He enlightened me on the possible causes and solutions for any future issues.

They were very prompt and fair in their pricing. The person who came out to provide the service was nice. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I paid the service fee and made sure I got a couple of cards from them. If any of my friends need an appliance repair compnay, I can give them a card! Great job guys!! Thank you very much!

The experience was okay. I am going to have to replace it because there is a design flaw. I cannot blame Allens Appliance Service for it. I spent $79. I think I found them on Angies List. I will recommend them. They are honest on their part and reasonably priced. I will use them in the future.

Discovered refrigerator quit working Friday evening. Saturday morning called another company who could not show until Tuesday. Checked the List. Allen's answered, but could not show until Monday morning. This was the best answer of all the calls made Sat morning. Mike called at 9:30 and showed up about 10:00. He was finished in about 30 minutes. Mike checked other things, like the water filter. All was well. Mike is very courteous and helpful.

They are very reliable, timely, understand the problems and supply quick solutions. Everything works when they leave.

The whole process was handled very professionally. The technician called before coming over, and arrived at approximately 3:PM (within the promised time frame). The whole job took about 30 minutes to complete. The technician was very polite, professional and conscientious.

WHEN I CALLED, THEY CAME RIGHT OUT. THE PEOPLE WERE FANTASTIC. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS GREAT. THE WASHER IS GREAT. IT WORKS. IT'S A NECESSITY OF LIFE.

THEY ARE FANTASTIC AND ALWAYS OUT THE DAY OR DAY AFTER I CALLED. THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE ON TIME, AND THEY USUALLY GIVE YOU A CALL BEFORE THEY COME SO YOU KNOW WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE. THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE.
