Description of Work: I've been using Allen's Appliances for years. Phone calls are returned quickly and service are done quickly. I just had my dishwasher installed today on Saturday and there wasn't an extra charge for weekend installation. I was shocked. the repairman works for the best interests of the customer. I had a rodent chew on my hose to my dishwasher (the motor was shot, too) it was advised that we get the rodent issue taken care of first before installing a new unit. They suggested installing a new one in 2 weeks. . To me that shows integrity.

Description of Work: I had an idea what the problem was, but wanted to make sure before spending big bucks on a new refrigerator. Mike was great! He confirmed the problem and presented us with unbiased ways to handle the repair/replacement. Due to the age of the unit, we opted for the replacement. Allen's Appliances was wonderful. Description of Work: My ice maker has stopped and would not produce ice any longer. I talked with Walt [who I found out is the owner] and he scheduled me for that very afternoon. Jim called before leaving to let me know he was on his way and he immediately went to work, found the source of the breakdown and was able to replace my broken ice maker in just about an hour. I received my $10 labor discount and have a full bucket of ice now. Everything about my dealings with Walt and Jim were so smooth and professional, I cannot see me using anyone else again when an appliance breaks down or is in need of repair. Thank you to both Walt and Jim.

Description of Work: Repairs were made to our LG washing machine. Tech was thorough. He explained his diagnosis and had to order parts. He was back two days later to successfully complete the repair. Even though they are located in Orange City I got next day service. Highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: My large (50 bottle) wine cooler was not working. They came out on schedule and ordered repair parts. The parts were on backorder and took almost 6 months to come in. They checked with me on a regular basis and installed the parts as soon as they arrived. Everything is now working fine. They were very professional and I would use them again.
