Description of Work: Had leaking super gutter. They are very busy, but did a great job. The individual that did the repair described what he was doing and discussed options. He did MORE than the initial contract but held the price. They are very busy so do not get discouraged when you need to wait. My repair was small but significant for me.

Description of Work: I called looking to set up an estimate for a room I wanted to enclose. Mom was very nice and said that her son,Patrick, would call me back and he could run some ball park numbers so I had an idea. I never heard from him. If they ignore me-a potential customer-how are they going to treat me once I sign the agreement. VERY POOR SERVICE!

+ -1 moreTropicana was the ONLY company who worked with us to design a space based on our needs. They answered all of our questions and did a great job. They kept up with the entire process. The Tropicana team arrived on time every day, worked hard and cleaned up each day. It was a great experience.
Description of Work: Patrick met with us several times and was always concerned with constructing a room that met our needs. He never pushed us to buy. Other contractors just wanted to charge lots of money for a set design. Tropicana designed and built our screened room and even coordinated the pouring of the slab.

Description of Work: Built a screen room adjoining the lanai. This included pulling permits, having the concrete poured and building the room.

WHEN I FIRST CALLED TROPICANA JUST AFTER FRANCES PASSED, YOU CAN IMAGINE THAT THEY WERE VERY BUSY, BUT WE SET UP A DATE FOR PATRICK MCALPIN TO COME OVER AND ASSESS THE DAMAGE. PATRICK WAS ON TIME AND WHAT I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE A MORE EXPENSIVE JOB TURNED OUT TO BE VERY REASONABLE. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE BUSY, THEY WERE ABLE TO COME IN AND DO THE JOB BEFORE MY WIFES RELATIVES ARRIVED FROM THE UK. WE WERE ALL ABLE TO ENJOY THE LANAI AND POOL AND WE HAVE PATRICK AND STEVE, WHO DID THE WORK, TO THANK FOR THAT. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, IF NEED BE. EVERYONE FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO PATRICK WHO GAVE ME THE QUOTE, TO STEVE WHO DID THE WORK WAS COURTEOUS, CONSCIENTIOUS AND CAPABLE IN THEIR JOBS.
