 + -1 moreAfter they did the tune up on the air handler (they kept it running past it's time). I did end up replacing the air handler after a while. I have been very happy with their services and I just got done recommending them to a friend of mine.
Description of Work: They did cleaning and tune up on the air handler. They put in a filter, checked freon, and cleaned the coils.

 + -1 moreI CALLED ON MONDAY AT 4:30 TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK INTO IT TO SEE WHEN THEY WOULD BE OUT AND CALL ME BACK. I DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM. I CALLED AGAIN ON TUESDAY. THE MANAGER SAID THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT. NO ONE SHOWED. I CALLED AGAIN ON TUESDAY AROUND 2:30. I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AGAIN AND HE SEEMED MAD THAT I CALLED AGAIN. HE SAID THAT THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE OUT THAT DAY. NO ONE SHOWED UP. CALLED ONE MORE TIME ON WEDNESDAY. SOMEONE CAME OUT THIS TIME. HE CHECKED THE UNIT AND TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO CHANGE THE COMPRESSOR AND OTHER COMPONENTS. I TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD AND DO THE WORK SINCE I HAVE A WARRANTY. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB AFTER TRYING TO SELL ME A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM, WHICH WAS NOT NEEDED. I HAVE SINCE CANCELED MY SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH SUPERIOR HEATING AND COOLING.
Description of Work: FIXED THE UNIT. I HAD A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH SUPERIOR HEATING AND COOLING. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT IN 24 HOURS. I CALLED THEM ON A SUNDAY AND THEY SAID THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT MONDAY. WHEN I CALLED AT 9:30 AM ON MONDAY TO SEE WHAT THE SCHEDULE WAS, THEY SAID ALL SERVICE REPS HAD THEIR ASSIGNMENTS AND THAT THEY WOULD CHECK IT OUT AND SEE WHAT TIME I COULD EXPECT SOMEONE. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP.

THEY KIND OF ACT LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING, BUT IT TAKES TWO OF THEM TO DO ANYTHING AND ONE OF THEM ALWAYS NEEDS A TOOL HE DOESN'T HAVE AND HAS TO GET IT FROM THE OTHER GUY, OR THEY FORGET TO BRING PARTS, SO THEN THEY HAVE TO LEAVE TO GO GET THEM... DON'T EVER USE THEM.

Description of Work: HIRED TO FIX AN AIR DUCT BAFFLE MOTOR. REPAIRMAN REMOVED OLD MOTOR, SAID HE WAS GOING TO COME BACK WITH A NEW MOTOR. NEVER CAME BACK. REPEATED CALLS DID NOT GET ANY MORE SERVICE FROM THEM. HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY, BUT HAD TROUBLE REPLACING THE MOTOR SINCE WE DID NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL ONE. VERY UNHAPPY.
