It went very well and we were highly satisfied with the result. They arrived when they said they would, kept things nice and tidy as they worked and the end result was terrific.

I called the owner on a Thursday after being cancelled on and no-showed by another company. He came out the next day for a consult, 2 days before Christmas, and sent me the closet plans the day after Christmas! They installed the closet a few days after New Years and it's amazing!! The guys worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were on time. The closet storage hugely increased, while his design plan actually made the walking space in the closet much larger. the provider came in & we discused what I wanted he then took all the measurments needed. Within a few days the installer came back with all the materials, installed my new Hanging racks & Shevling in a very reasonable amount of time cleaned up and I had a new closet.

I worked with Robert to get the closets planned with the most storage possible. His drawings were very helpful in deciding what would work for me. The installation was quick, well done and the cost was reasonable. I paid $1,375.00 upfront and another $1,375.00 when the installation was finished. I was very pleased with how everything was completed and would not hesitate to hire Premiere again if I needed anything else done.

I sent a request for an in-home consultation for a large, custom closet and Robert responded IMMEDIATELY. From that moment and through final installation, Premiere Closets provided a level of customer service I haven't seen in many, many years. Since this was my first home project in the area, I received a few quotes to gauge local services and costs. Robert's cost estimate was reasonable and competitive, but what set him far above the competition was his responsiveness and professionalism. He instantly grasped what I wanted, provided me with some options, and in no time emailed professional 3-D drawings to ensure the design met expectations. Since I requested custom doors and hardware, I was afraid of a long lead time that would interfere with my travel schedule. Amazingly, Robert expedited the order to have it installed within a couple of weeks! Jason and Davis were the installers and could not have been more accommodating or professional. They were both so nice, punctual, knowledgeable about their craft, mindful of my neighbors, and made sure the cat didn't get out while they worked and delivered all the materials! Robert followed up by phone and email every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the service, and he made the necessary adjustments to the custom drawers in record time. I cannot say enough about my experience with Premiere Closets. Without hesitation, I would recommend them to friends and family and tell them not waste time speaking with anyone else. No one can match Premiere's customer service, cost, quality, and workmanship.

The best money I ever spent!!! We recently moved from a house with a basement and storage space was plentiful; to a home with no basement and storage is practically non-existent. What was once empty, unusable space (with only one, builder installed, wire hanging rack inside all the closets) has been transformed into an abundance of usable, organized space, from floor to ceiling. Robert responded quickly to my request, promptly returned CAD drawings for each space, and scheduled an installation date within days of our first meeting. The installation took place over two days. The installers were prompt, courteous, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves daily and were very careful to cover my wood floors before starting work each day. I cannot express how pleased I am with the final product, the transformation is really quite unbelievable! I now have extra storage space that I otherwise would not have

We have hired Robert to do our master bedroom walk-in closet project in early 2014. It was a fairly large project, we removed our closet door, arched the doorway, and made the closet part of our master bathroom. We installed a lot of drawers and cabinets since we were no longer going to have a dresser in the bedroom. Robert was very easy to work with and flexible in modifying the design a few times to get what we were looking for. I liked that he gives a 3D rendering of the closet design. We received multiple quotes from the big closet companies and chose to work with Robert because his pricing was very affordable compared to the sky-high pricing from the others and his patience and flexibility on tweaking things. With his pricing, I was able to add to the project and had cabinets installed above the toilet in the toilet room. We hired Robert later in the year to do our baby's closet, a spare bedroom closet, and the laundry room. I was very happy with all the work he has done. He was always prompt for appointments and delivered the designs when he promised them. He forgot to put the crown molding on the cabinets for our laundry room and was very responsive when I brought it his attention, he even reminded me a few weeks later when he called to schedule the install once he got the material in. I have recommended him to several friends in the neighborhood, and he has done projects for all of them too. I have one more closet left to do in our house to do, and maybe we'll get him to do our garage in the future. I will definitely continue to call Robert and recommend him to others. I'm glad we found him! Adding closet systems to our home vastly increases the storage space, I don't regret spending the money for it.

I found Robert on Angie's list and him and his crew did a fantastic job. He accommodated my need for a fast turn around while I was remodeling my master bath coming over for a quote on the weekend and installing it 4 days later. Excellent quality and his crew was great.

Love the way Robert does business! Immediately after installation in October 2013, we needed extra shelves. Robert provided them free of charge. Now, in 2015 we reconfigured our units and requested some more shelves, which were provided at a minimal cost. Thank you Robert!

We worked with owner, Robert, to design the perfect home office that is both functional and beautiful. We absolutely love our office. Robert met with us at our house to understand our requirements and took measurements of the room. He told us about his company and the products he installs. As we talked through the design, Robert let me know what added more cost and some alternatives. We definitely wanted a window seat flanked with bookcases to the ceiling. We knew we wanted a long surface top for optimal workspace. Within a few days Robert sent us a 3D drawing by email. This was such a great help to visualize the room and make adjustments. With my husband and I often working at home, we were very particular with storage, keyboard trays to accommodate ergonomic keyboards, pull-out equipment drawer hidden by cabinet doors, upgraded cabinet hardware, upgraded countertop, locks on some drawers, and lighting. Robert incorporated all these requirements into our design. He worked around our schedule and arranged our installation a few days after our hardwood floors were installed. On the day of installation his crew was courteous and professional. They didn't mind me taking a peak (often) while they were working. When we were moving into the home office, we noticed a few minor issues. Robert responded quickly and resolved all the items. We are in process of working with Robert to install a custom closet system in our master bedroom walk-in closet.

This was the third time I used Premiere Closets. Every time was great. They did two closets first and we love them. Next they did the pantry and again a great job and we love them. This time they did the office and it is very nice and very functional. You can not go wrong using Robert for whatever you need. He is very nice and the installers are very good at what they do. All three times it was a very pleasant experience.

The owner Robert was extremely professional and reliable as were his employees. The work was completed exactly as promised and they did a beautiful job. Robert advised us on how best to arrange the closet, but all of the components except the drawers are able to be completely reconfigured. My husband and I love our closet and cabinets.
