Larin Ezra Painting

I am so impressed. Larin was promptly at the house everyday at 8 a.m. He is cheerful, smart and one excellent painter. He asked me if I wanted to see how the dining room color that I had purchased before looked before he did that room. He wasn't sure I would be happy with it. Well, he painted a sample and he was right. It was awful. And then the paint I had for the kitchen, when I saw it on I just cried. So he did it again...He's a very calming person. After a week everything was done and beautiful. Our new red front door looks great.

They did an excellent job. Everyone who sees his work tells me how nice it looks. They cleaned up very nicely. I am very happy with the work. He was about $2000 under another company I was considering.

Mr. Ezra was very professional and also very friendly. He gave me an estimate for painting 3 large rooms, a foyer, stairway and hall all with architectural challenges. He had great confidence about addressing the situation and will do the work 2 months from now. I was extremely pleased with his creativity and passion for his work.

Larin came on schedule to give an estimate. He placed our job on his schedule and worked with us to find an acceptable time frame for the three week job. When the job started, Larin and Jamie were timely every day and extremely mindful of our dog, who became their assistant. They were absolutely wonderful in every way. Larin always called to alert us that they would not be there any time it was wet. I have dealt with a number of painters and without a doubt this was the best experience ever. When it is time to paint the interior in a couple of years, Larin will be the person we call.

Larin was called in April to give an estimate. He appeared as promised and gave the estimate. We accepted the estimate and were told it would be July before work could begin. True to his word, he called in July and advised when he would begin. Job was completed on time and in very professional manner. He and his helper were extremely neat and accommodating. It was well worth the wait for an exceptional job. The logo on his truck, "Where Craftsmanship Still Counts" is certainly appropriate. Thanks to Angie's List we found him.

The work was done in the time allotted for the agreed upon price. He was supposed to patch my masonry which was not done and was careless in applying a second coat to my trim and in painting my door. I had to call him back to redo my garage door which had been painted while shut so the paint tore off around the edges when opened. A large drip was left on my front door. He returned to fix the doors and patch and paint the masonry but came so late he was nearly working in the dark. The doors were painted but I did not notice at first that he had done nothing about patching the masonry, after he said that it would be done. As I mentioned before, the first coat left my trim with nice sharp edges, but the second coat was applied without consideration for adjoining surfaces. He did not agree that this was an issue so I let the matter drop. I have not been able to reach him since, his phone is always busy and no answering machine is available. He was reachable when the job was at stake.

I called and left a voicemail message. It's been 6 days with no return call. My message even stated that I had received their name from Angie's List.

I needed the work done soon, like over the next month. He was very honest and told me he couldn't meet that timeframe.He did spend lots of time on the phone with me answering questions and giving me helpful information about hiring a painter, so I wouldn't get a bad one. I really appreciated the time he took with me and the information that he freely provided. He also suggested that I check with Angie's List, and that is why I joined.

He's just a very good painter. He does just a very nice job.

I called several times attempting to schedule an appointment for an estimate to paint the exterior of my house. The company never returned my calls.

Larin, Kurt and Jamie were on time, polite and fun to have working in my home for the week. They worked extra hard to complete my job in a shorter amount of time. They are very trust worthy, too. I am pleased with the results and will definitely recommend using them for your next painting job.

The price was a little and the job really didn't work. I called several other painters and nobody wanted to do the job because it was a very small job. It was a little overpriced for an hour and a half's work. I would not use him again. When he came back, he just painted the same place.

He's just fantastic. He is very easy to deal with.

Larin and his two crew members arrived on time, each of the 4 days they planned to be here. There work was excellent! Not only did they perform painstaking prep work, but their painting technique produced a perfect result in each room. They were all very pleasant and respectful and took great pains with our items, especially those that needed to be moved. They filled all holes in the walls that were created by picture holders and curtain rods. I was exceptionally pleased by their work and price for almost 4 days of work. I highly recommend this company!!!

Larin and workers were always on time and always put in a full day. 8:15-2:30 was their typical work day and waited to have lunch until after the jobs were done.

They all came out and worked quickly and very professionally. They cleaned everything up and Larin even suggested the best color that he thought fit the house. It turned out beautifully. There was a problem with the front door peeling and Larin came right out and repainted the door and was just as polite as ever. The men he hired to help were polite, well mannered young men and they all worked well together as a team. My husband and I were very impressed with the whole experience and would not hesitate to hire Larin's company again and will recommend it to all our friends.

STARTED JOB BEFORE HURRICANE CHARLIE. THEY HAD TO DO THE WORK AROUND THE HURRICANE,(ME PUTTING UP STORM SHUTTERS). THEY DIDN'T INCONVENIENCE ME ONE BIT.

HE WAS A VERY NICE GUY. CAME OUT ON TIME, AND SEEMED LIKED HE WOULD BE A GOOD GUY TO HAVE DO THE WORK. HIS ESTIMATE WAS REASONABLE.

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM FOR AN ESTIMATE, BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP

THEY WERE VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY FINISHED THE JOB QUICKLY. LARIN RETURNED ALL PHONE CALLS RIGHT AWAY AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY.

LARIN AND HIS TEAM ARE GREAT. DID A VERY NICE JOB-QUICKLY. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.

VERY PATIENT WITH ME; I INADVERTENTLY MISSED FIRST APPOINTMENT FOR ESTIMATE. MR. EZRA CAME RIGHT BACK TWO DAYS LATER FOR SAME. HE MADE CAREFUL OBSERVATION OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE; WRITTEN CONTRACT. ARRIVED DAY OF JOB 30 MINUTES EARLY WITH TWO ASSISTANTS; EACH KNEW THEIR JOBS AND GOT RIGHT TO IT. FINISHED AND OUT OF MY HOUSE IN 5 HOURS. TWO WALL COATS; NOT A SPECK OF PAINT WHERE IT DIDN'T BELONG. GOOD, STRAIGHT TRIM LINES. EXCELLENT WORK; WOULD HIRE AGAIN AND HAVE ALREADY REFERRED TO OTHERS.

CAME RIGHT AWAY AS I NEEDED HIM AND HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
