Larin Ezra Painting

When he gave us our quote, he made us aware that it would be a 6 week wait. We waited and we are very pleased with the results. Larin did a good job.

He did good work, was very honest, and helped with paint selection. My overall experience was good. He cleaned it off, painted, and cleaned up after himself. We got an estimate from him for our current house and his estimate was fair.

Overall, the service went well and I would highly recommend him.

Larin painted the exterior of this house in November of 2006. He did a beautiful job consisting of thorough sanding, scraping, and brush painting (no spray). He consulted me on every aspect of the job. The cost, $6400, seemed more than reasonable for the work he put into it. That paint job he did still looks great today, 3 years plus later. I plan to use Larin's painting skills on my own house in the near future. Larin is very busy and most of the time has a waiting list. He is worth waiting for.

Larin painted the outside of our 1926 Seminole Heights home a few years ago and did an excellent job so when it came time for the interior, he was our immediate choice. He uses only the best paint and is a consummate professional in every sense. The fact that there is always a wait list for his services speaks volumes. We strongly recommend him to anyone seeking a high-quality product.

I cannot speak highly enough of Larin's work. He is so busy that we agreed to let him do most of the work on Saturdays. He came over and painted section by section. He is friendly, a fantastic worker, an outstanding individual and even good with our dogs. The quality of his work is first-rate. I am sure painting the multiple shades on different walls has to be a pain but he jumped in with gusto to make it look like we envisioned. I highly recommend if you have a painting need you call him RIGHT NOW and arrange for Larin to paint your house. We are pleased beyond words!!!

I was very please with Larin's work as he made sure the job performed was satisfactory to customer. Had trouble picking out color scheme and he accommodated with color selection.

He was on time, cleaned up and he was very nice. There was nothing that I didn't like about him. The price was reasonable and the quality was good.

He gave me the impression that he was too busy. It was going to be a long way out that he would be available to paint. He said that he does all his painting by hand instead of using a sprayer.

I found him in Angie's List. He just finished painting. It was a fair price knowing what the neighbors paid.

Larin Ezra arrived when expected and did a great job. He is very nice, very approachable when we found a couple of additional areas that needed some paint, and he was very courteous and professional.

He was very nice, I just decided not to do the project. I would use him if I decide to do the job.

Our association with Larin was outstanding from beginning to end. We had to wait a week to get an estimate as he was quite busy. Meanwhile, we obtained three other estimates. We are very happy we waited to get Larin's estimate. He was most courteous, professional and thorough. Since he was booked up we had to wait almost two months for him to do the work but he came out on the very day he gave us at the time of his estimate. He was extremely careful in being neat and thorough with the painting. He gave us the best price by a considerable amount and we could not be more satisfied with his work. We highly recommend him. We will use him again either with the interior or exterior of our house.

He was a consummate professional. We could not have been more pleased with his work, and his work ethic. The finished job exceeded our expectations, and our neighbors asked us for his number based on their observation of his effort and results. We will use Larin again when we need any painting services.

Larin was very fast and I had a difficult time keeping up with his pace. He was very understanding to my back pain the first day (Monday) he arrived, luckily he called the next day as he was ill, so I had an opportunity to get to my Chiropractor that day. When he arrived the 3rd day we were off and running. Larin was very pleasant and very easy to work with during this huge job. I asked for some changes to the way he normally likes to paint on his jobs as we have dogs and I could not restrict them to an area to make sure they did not come in contact with the freshly painted enamel on all the doors in the areas to be painted. Once the L/R and D/R were painted, my husband and I were able to move things back in order to keep my dogs confined to a bedroom on the other side of the house. This was a huge job for Larin with all the angles in this house, 12 ft. ceilings, all walls and baseboards are out of level and out of square. We learned that with the tile replacement in July. On the day before he finished Larin was worn out and admitted this house has worn him out from all the angles it has. He asked if he could return on Saturday to complete the baseboards in the family room and that was fine with me as I was exhausted as well. He completed everything in about two hours on Saturday morning and we finalized his balance and said "Thanks". Finally, after two years of living in this house it is now painted with color as everything was white, except the F/R entertainment areas were a very light gray. Larin arrived each day at 7:50 AM and worked until around 4:30 PM. He was very neat and tidy always cleaning up everything and putting in a corner each day. He started this job on November 3rd and completed on November 15th. He does a very good job of painting, is very pleasant and very professional. Larin's estimate was more than half the price of two other Angie's List paint estimates received in July. When we decided to proceed with the Interior Painting in late August, the scheduled wait for Larin was approximately two months. Larin told us up front that his schedule would not be available for our home until late October, and if he had a cancellation during that time he would move up this date. Job started the first week of November. The long wait was well worth the savings by using Larin Eza Painting for a job very well done.

It was excellent! The painter was great! They were prompt and punctual. The price was excellent. Everything was good about them. They were efficient.

I will only use Larin Ezra as a painter on my property!! Larin and his assistant, Jamie, were at my house for weeks preparing and painting every inch of my house. I trust every recommendation that he makes and my house has never looked better. I started using Larin over 10 years ago to do some interior painting for my guest cottage. In the last year he has completely repainted my downstairs and now the entire outside of my house. I have been in the process of building a new outdoor space and my contractor brought in his own painter to paint the "new construction". The painter did such a poor job that I finally paid Larin out of my pocket to fix all of the mistakes he made. Larin always called if he was not painting that day due to weather or his injured back. He was very patient while I was picking colors and testing different colors on the side of my house. The overall result is beautiful and my house has never looked better!

His work was highly professional. He is very good. He came and worked around our schedule we didn't have to work around his. He was good at responding to our requests and concerns. I would use him again.

They came out and gave us an estimate. They were very professional and talked with us at length to make sure we understood everything that was in the estimate. I am very excited to work with him. He told us how he would protect the planting around the house. His pricing and paying method was very good.

They did an excellent job painting and also made recommendations as to colors and how to handle rounded corners (which perplexed others we had estimate the job). He also did some small drywall patchwork in one of the bathrooms. We are very pleased with his work and have already recommended him to others. Our final cost was a little more than he estimated, because additional coats were needed as a result of our color choice. In addition, we added a few rooms (ie. bedroom & bathroom) after we had him estimate the job. We would use him again and would highly recommend him.

They were on time and dependable. They got the job done in a timely manner and they were very neat. I felt the price was a little bit high, but I was very happy with the job and he soaked my shrubs first so the bleach wouldn't damage them.

He was punctual and wonderful. He accomplished so much in 6 hours a day. He never masked because he didn't have to. He was very good and very clean. He was also very pleasant to be around. He came when he said he would.

Overall they did a good job. The work took a little longer overall than anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done with the work. I would use this company again.
