Beach and Associates is a professional land surveying firm based in the Tampa Bay area, owned and operated by John R. Beach, PLS. Mr. Beach’s experience in land surveying began in 1962, founding his own land survey company in 1986. Beach & Associates engages in all aspects of land surveying, utilizing state of the art equipment, such as Global Positioning System (GPS), total station, robotic and land data collectors. The office and staff are equipped with the most up-to-date computers and plotters and uses drafting programs such as AutoCad. Beach & Associates has established itself as a firm that builders and homeowners can rely on for timely, accurate surveys at fair prices by continuously finding ways to improve and adapt to the needs of our customers. Could nor have been better.
Description of Work: We needed to get an elevation certificate for a flood zone issue. The entire experience, from the first phone call to the end of the process, including assistance in dealing with the county and others, could not have been made easier or better. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was provided very quickly. I can't think of any way I could have been happier with this company and its people.
