Workmen entered property without notification to survey property behind residence. They did not knock or ring bell to say they were on property. When I asked them to leave they were rude and disrespectful as if he could just wander around property like he owned the place. Shaking my head at the audacity and indifference shown when I called, BUYER beware.

The lady on the phone was pleasant and informative. There was a $15 Angie list credit. It was helpful that they communicated by phone and e mail. We wanted border lines established for our neighbors so that we could complete landscaping in the front yard.

They were very responsive and returned calls. When the survey techs cdme, they flagged the property line. When they were finished, they brought me around and identified the markings and made sure I understood everything before they left. It was less than a week before I received my drawn survey. Very efficient!

Excellent results, got the stamped survey and what I needed for my permits. They had to return to finish it (we had some brush in the way, couldn't find a couple of pins, etc) and price increased because of that, but overall great service, great people, and I received exactly what I ordered. Price was a little higher than previous experiences, but not terribly high. Will definitely use them in the future.

The experience was very easy and productive. The company was very professional.

They just surveyed the whole lot. They came out when they said when they said they would. They did the survey. They sent it to me on the email. They also sent a hard copy. Everything was good and quick. They had it done within a week.

It turned out excellent, excellent. Well, they had problems and they had to come back because the information they had wasn't right and everything. They came back and did everything perfect. They dealt with the problem they found, they didn't cause the problem. They did two different things. They did a survey and they drew the house and the survey. They kept us informed and everything. What's nice is they didn't find what they were supposed to. They didn't find a metal rod that was supposed to be there. I would never have known if they fledged or not and said they did. They set a new one. They said some companies just sort of do a look and a promise. They had to come back a second because they had to find something through the city. I would never have known what they found and what they didn't until they put a fledge on it. They did the extra work to do it right.

No response after first contact thru Angies List. Sent another response 3 days later asking if provider was still in business. Received an apology, and was advised I would receive a quote for property survey and elevation via email. Nothing received to date. Nun able to schedule work.

We recently noticed the discrepancy when we tried to fence the property so we called them to come out to look at it again to see if they're wrong or the legal description is wrong. They never returned our phone calls! For me, if a company does not stand by their work and take responsibility, they're not worth hiring!

Located all markers and provided temporary markers at lakefront. Completely satisfied with their work.

During my first call, I spoke to Debbie who was helpful and informative. Based on my requirements, she helped me determine the best option - a "Boundary Survey". She detailed what would be involved, what and how we would receive the Survey and the cost with the Angie's List discount. Debbie e-mailed me an easy-to-complete form, which I completed and returned that same evening. I called Debbie the next day to confirm that she receive the form and that the information I provided was OK. Debbie mentioned that it could take up to 1.5 weeks to complete the Survey. That timeframe was fine with me. I received an e-mail with the Survey attached in just over a week. It was exactly what I expected. I called Debbie the next day to arrange for payment via credit card. Overall, I would recommend this organization for a Boundary Survey as Debbie is helpful and friendly, their product is professional and certified and their price - especially with the Angie's List discount - is excellent.

I was not 100% satisfied with the communication between the survey crew and the office staff. The crew came to my home and put two markers in the front yard but nothing in the back. The crew stated he needed to come back as he wasn't sure or had some doubt about one of the back corners of the house and this is where the communications stopped. I was told by Debbie that the crew did mark the back corners of my lot but she was mistaken as they had not . In the end they did come back to my house to mark all corners and the guy who they sent back was not very friendly. I will not use this company again .

Miss Debbie and Miss Mary were angels taking all my pesty calls. We were novices at getting what we needed for a building permit in a Flood Zone. We had no help from the want-to-be Builder that we should have never hired. We needed to determine where to build a large storage building on our property. Cyrus and his Team were excellent help and got the job done. We highly recommend John R. Beach and Associates.

I called to set up an appointment, filled out the form, sent it back right away, and they were able to send someone out within a day or two. Debbie was very nice to deal with, and I was happy that they were able to get the survey done so quickly. They also sent me 5 or 6 copies of the survey, as well as an electronic copy.

Debbie was very responsive. We were in a hurry since no survey, no fence. They came out quickly and had complete surveys to us in less than a week. Definitely would recommend. Would've wanted a lower price, not prepared to pay that much at this time but they were professionals.

On Thursday, Feb 6, the survey crew arrived at my home to document data for my survey request. They were very polite and professional. I was impressed with the time and care they took to acquire the data. A few days later I received the survey. It is very thorough and contained all the information I requested. Yes, I would recommend this company.
