I ended up not needing the survey ( finally got confirmation from the title company's vendor that they were on the project.) But WOW, JRB & Co. were incredibly responsive!! I emailed a request to them around 2:30 pm & Debbie called me back within 5 minutes. Believe me, if the other company had not picked up the phone or had left me with the impression that things were up in the air, I would be using JR Beach & Co.

Their service was excellent, especially their customer service. The lady in the office was really accommodating as far as answering questions, billing and dealing with them in general were concerned. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

The company was very responsive from the first response to our emailed inquiry right on through the service.

We needed a survey done to actually see who is responsible for the fence between ourselves and our neighbor. When I called I spoke with Debbie who was in charge of residencial surveys. She was very kind in informing me of what would be done and answered any questions I had. I also requested that, if possible, the surveyer's would give us a call before they came out because we had some questions. Debbie said that she would make a notation. Well to our surprise the gentlemen did give us a call the very next day. Unfortunately, we were not prepared for such quick service but they were kind enough to leave a message anyway (the only day we would not be home for the week). Debbie called me in two days to say the survey was complete and thankfully explained to me what we would be looking at. She then asked how we would like it delivered. When it arrived in the mail it was more than we expected. They did a better job than our original house survey.

Overall, I am very pleased. The representative sent me an online survey request form which takes all the needed information for the crews to locate and identify the property. I emailed that form back and was quoted my price. The survey was completed promptly and the 6 copies of the survey and the invoice were mailed to my home for payment. The flag markers are bright orange. The only problem I had with the work was that the survey crew left the areas where the iron pipes are located unearthed. Typically a crew reveals the pipe, marks it with a flag and then fills in the location with the sod and dirt that was removed. One corner flag was hard to find due to heavy foilage blocking view unless one is on top of flag marker. I contracted with this company in July 09 to perform a complete survey of my property. They were very quick to respond to my request and had the job done within a couple of days. The price was better than all competitors! After I received my copies of the survey in the mail, I noticed that my neighbor's fence corner post was not depicted accurately on the survey. I contacted Debbie who said she would check on it for me. Within two days, I had corrected copies in the mail. Upon reviewing the corrected survey, I noticed that my neighbor's fence corner post had been moved on the survey, but still was not depicted correctly. I called Debbie, thanked her for her speedy response and told her that I was complete pleased with the excellent Customer Service provided. I explained that I was aware that the fence was not on my property and I knew that it didn't really affect my property survey, but the corner post was still not depicted properly. Debbie explained that when she went back to the records to correct the survey after my call, she corrected the survey based on the surveyor's notes. I told her that was okay, I just wanted to let her know. She insisted that she would have the surveyors back out to re-check the location of the fence post and get this taken care of. The next day the surveyors were here measuring. Two days later, I had my copies of the final corrected survey showing the fence corner post depicted properly. John Beach and his staff went out of their way to make sure I was pleased and I would and have already recommended them to others!

The results of the survey revealed a problem (to my benefit)with my legal lines of property. Despite my initial hesitation about having a survey made (and spending money), the process was truly worth its weight in gold. My grateful thanks.

We contacted him because we had a question about property lines on one side of our property. A friend (who is a realtor) had used him several times and found his work excellent. He arranged to view and survey the entire property within the next week. He arrived when he said he would and spent some time surveying the property. He posted stakes to help us see the property lines more clearly at certain places. He pointed out permanent markers that had been obstructed. Within 3-4 days after the survey we received clear copies of the survey in the mail. We are happy to recommend him.

THEY RESPONDED TO OUR REQUEST QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I DID NOT HAVE FLOOD INSURANCE DUE TO NOT HAVING ELEVATION CERTIFICATE. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I DIDN'T HAVE TO STAY HOME, CAME AND SURVEYED THE LAND AND SEND ME A ELEVATION CERTIFICATE HOME. ALONG WITH A BILL. I WAS ABLE TO GET A FLOOD INSURANCE THE FOLLOWING DAY.
