They were so helpful and professional!

The property lines for this house were very complex. There were 10 corners total. I was originally quoted a higher price range as an estimate but it turned out that the job was much less. They actually charged me based on the job cost rather than the lowest side of the estimate. No one does that any more. They are a pleasure to work with and priced better than any of the other surveyors I've worked with. I'll use them again for any future surveys I may need.

I used them for the Topo Survey for a new construction and was very pleased with their service so we called them again for the Foundation Tie In (required by the mortgage co) and again, the service was friendly and super fast. We highly recommend them!

The entire process was great. The office staff was very professional. The work was done within the time frame that was given to me when I ordered the survey. Everyone I spoke or emailed with was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

As a realtor it is very important for me to have a reliable survey company. They always provide accurate and great service. Debbie is very easy to work with and the work is always on time.

Called and left a message which was returned within a couple hours. Spoke to Debbie who was very throughout answering all my questions. She emailed me an application which I filled out online and returned. The survey was done promptly and I received my surveys in the mail a week after. Everything was done within 2 weeks of my call! Extremely happy with the service and will continue to use for the rest of the home construction. HIGHLY recommend!! and will use again in the future.

vary hard to deal with. The surveyor was suppose to meet me at the home. He came early and no one notified me. Personally, I will never recommend or use again.

I barely saw them. They did their job and left. Later I received a very detailed report. Their response was very prompt. Everyone I talked to were very polite.I would highly recommend this company.

Called and talked with Debbie, who was very helpful in explaining what I would need, and also give me a quote on what it would cost... Within a couple days, they were out to do the survey. It was very quick and efficient. Then Debbie called to say that the survey was ready, and I was able to pick it up that day. Great people to work with.

They did a good job but they had new equipment that they were not familiar with so it took longer than normal.

I made the phone call to this company. They quoted me a price for the job. Within a few days a person was out working at our property. I received all documents via e-mail and then the hard copy within a few days following the survey. They kept me abreast of what was going on the entire time. Great company. I would highly recommend them.

This is a great Company. I called on 11/07/2012, Debbie emailed me the forms, which I filled out and Faxed back to her. On 11/09/2012 the gentleman was at my house and did the survey. On 11/13/2013 I received the certificate, and on 11/14/2012 I was able to get the flood insurance. So the fact that this took 5 business days to complete was FANTASTIC !!!!!

All communication was by email with Debbie who answered our questions promptly. She sent us a detailed check list of services so that we understood which type of survey would best suit our needs. The work was done soon after we agreed on the scope of service. The quote matched the final bill. The paperwork arrived in a timely manner. I cannot ask for better. Consult with your designer to understand what is needed, such as the correct size and placement of the property lines and site issues that may affect the design. We had a large tree that might have required a permit to remove. The survey established its location on the property, its genus (pecan/ash/oak) and its circumference which the City required before issuing a permit for removal.

We were in a hurry to get a survey done on a ten acre over-grown property before we signed a contract to buy it at the advice of our real estate lawyer (there were some issues with it.) We called John R Beach and Assoc to ask if they did that kind of thing. We spoke to Debbie and she was very helpful. One of the surveyors lived out that way so he called that same day to see if he could stop by on his way home to look at the property so they could give us an estimate. We were originally told it would take 2 1/2 weeks to do the survey but it did not take that long and the surveyor found the legal description of the easement that the title company had not found. When we went to the office to pick up the survey the surveyor who did the work came out and spoke to us and showed us on the plan what he had found. Given the size and condition of the property we felt the price was very reasonable. We were very pleased with the whole process. We will use them again if we are ever in need of a surveyor.

There was one cornor post missing so this job actually was harder then most jobs, but they did not ask for more money. I appreciated that. They discovered errors in previous survey posts and corrected them. Then the guy in the office spent I'll bet 30 minutes on the phone explaining everything to me so I understood what they did and the survey map. he was great. I would recommend this firm

Great experience from top to bottom! Debbie in the office was fantastic and we couldn't have had a better experience. She was helpful in every aspect and was completely amicable to our contract disputes with the seller. We thought we were moving forward at one point late in August and the whole thing almost blew up but with a single email Debbie told us they would hold our information until we were certain we were moving forward. Once we knew the sale was moving forward, we only had a short timeline until closing and Debbie got the survey scheduled and completed within just a few business days. The only question they had for us was the name of the title company and once they had that, we were good to go. Great company and great people that take pride in their work. Thanks for the fantastic experience!

Debbie in the office was fantastic. She answered my calls and was very prompt getting what we needed. The surveyor came to do the job soon after I made the call. Although the outcome was not what I had hoped for they were an excellent company to work with.

Smooth experience, professional and responsive. Called them Thursday and picked up survey result the following Wednesday. Not sure what it should cost since I did not compare prices, but feel the cost was fair based on comments from others. I will use them again if I need to have another survey completed.

The process was excellent! They performed and delivered the survey in the time frame they promised. The survey was professionally done, accurate and accepted by my title insurance company. I would recommend these folks be used for any real estate transaction!
