As seniors, we wanted full coverage with minimum work on our part, and that's exactly what we got. Anthony and his crew did an outstanding job installing our full house generator in just one day! Everything was fully explained in terms we could understand, and they were efficient and knowledgeable. Every detail was confirmed from start to finish. We feel more than confident that we are fully protected should a hurricane reach us. There is no doubt that this installation was one of our wisest investments.

Power went out on Christmas Eve and we never missed a beat! This was the best investment we ever made. The peace of mind having a backup generator system provides is truly immeasurable. And the process could not have been smoother. Each and every person whether office or field based was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Best purchase I've made. We did not have any outage due to hurricanes this year but we still had 3 power outages and my house was powered up, lights, A/C and even my pool pump! My Generac has run for over 8 hours this year due to power outages!

Simply a Class A company! From soup to nuts, these guys get the job done. On the day of installation a team of workers, to include a gas fitter, an electrician and other crew members showed up ready to work. Like a well oiled machine these guys went about their business and got the job done. At the end of the day the only thing left to do was city inspections. I'm very satisfied with Generx's performance.

We were very impressed with the quality of service and the product that was provided by Generx, located in Oldsmar. We did have one hiccup whereby they recorded the charge on our credit at the same time we were refinancing - not their fault, but we had to jump through hoops to get it resolved. While the accounting department was not as helpful, the Sales Assistant by the name of Seven was right there every time we needed answers. Big shout out to him! The installation went off without a hitch, and the engineers/technicians did an awesome job - that included social distancing. Overall very, very good experience.
