The final touch to the construction of our new home was to ensure we had electricity to secure our home from intruders and make us comfortable during an electrical outage. I am so glad I chose GenerX for my recent March 2017 installation of a Generac 22kW. What I particularly appreciated was the fact that there always was a person to pick up the phone, not going through 1-2-3...umpteen numbers to dial and then get you leave a message. All questions were answered expeditiously and glitches fixed immediately. I wholeheartedly recommend GenerX if you need a whole house generator!

A competitor came out to give an estimate. He recommended a generator that was totally outside of my budget (water cooled model). Generex set me up with an air-cooled model that was much less expensive, and the install was very impressive. These guys are obviously experts in the field.

Installation of a Generac 22kw whole house generator. Generx was an exceptional contractor. Everybody that I dealt with was courteous and prompt. All phases of the installation were done by Generx professionals - setting the generator in place, hooking up the electric and the gas, and the startup and generator load testing. Highly recommend this contractor.

Got us scheduled right away, diagnosed ($120) ordered parts and fixed two days later (Total $200). Service was great and coincidently got us running two days before it was needed during the hurricane. Ran great and kept us running for hours.

I know that very high ratings are inherently suspect, but Generx really deserves this high praise. From beginning to end, they provided, not only a high quality product, but--perhaps--more importantly the very best installation service that I have ever seen (I'm 69 years old). I'm not kidding, from the evaluation, delivery, installation, inspection, and final testing, Generx set the highest possible mark in professionalism, courtesy, technical knowledge, flexibility, commitment, and tenacity. For example, about halfway through, a county inspector told me that I was the first subject of a new county ordinance. The result would be an enormous increase in cost and disruption of my home. Generx immediately stepped up and assured me that they would absorb the cost. Then they quickly and efficiently found an alternative that avoided the disruption and met the new county standard. All of this happened w/o an interruption in the important service that they provide to keep my family safe and secure. This company and its first-class team of electricians and technicians are simply the best.

Generator runs fine, Air Conditioning units won't operate and nobody has an answer for why. Still trying to get an answer.
