Description of Work: Put in a brand new pool where none had been before. Also installed pavers/decking. Pool design was a bit complicated (included back wall and two waterfalls plus spa). They were able to work with us on the design. Lots of choices with regard to tiles, colors etc. High quality mechanicals. When we had a problem which turned out to be faulty pipe connections they diagnosed and fixed it quickly. They were a bit more expensive than other pool companies we looked at but based on reviews they appeared to have a higher level of service and responsiveness to customers. Now, based on our own experience, that appears to be true.

Description of Work: Built new pool, screen enclosure n pavers.. Had many water flooding problems since we got record rainfall that month, not much freestyle could do about that..

Description of Work: Freestyle was recommend to us by our contractor based on a recent experience he had with them on a total repair job. We hired Freestyle for a new install job. | |From the first visit (Mike M. was extremely helpful and very informative. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but I basically asked him to explain what are options were on all aspects of the project. He took the time to explain our options and why we might want some and not others. I did not feel pressured on any of the decision making. | |This was a big job. It involved the removal of a big oak tree(not done by Freestyle), stump grinding the whole pool area, concrete removal, pavers, and bird cage. They also had to work alongside our contractors who were doing work on the same area of the house. | |Every stage was mapped out and scheduled, so we always knew what was happening. It was a fun process to watch! Everyone that was part of the job was very professional and cordial. I was home at odd times on different days and never had any issues in the work that was being done. | |I had a lot of questions along the way. I was always able to get in touch with the office or the job site manager. Responses were always timely and they addresssed my concerns immediately. | |Our pool is a free form shape with pebble tech finish. The deck was done with pavers and a bird cage with some odd angles. | |Everything came out absolutely amazing. We still comment that we have our own little oasis now. | |After completion they provided pool school (Jeremy). His support has been great. Again...I had a lot of questions, which were always addressed. | |We did have an issue with the light switch causing the pump breaker to trip. They were all over it, trying to trouble shoot and did not stop until it was fixed. | |Overall - A+++ | |More than pleased. Will and have recommended already. Will use them in the future for any pool needs. | |

Description of Work: They did a complete renovation of our pool, added a swim-out, all new coping, repaired creaks and leaks, new lighting, new interior finish and decking |The project took about 4 weeks

Description of Work: never got a return phone call or estimate ,same was true for challenger pools, after further review it is possible I never called them but researched them on angles list and when angies list sent me a review I just assumed I called them

Description of Work: We built an infinity pools with a spa....and with heater. Mark was great at walking me through the process. The workers were professional and everyone answered all my questions. The owner bob even showed up from time to time. Plus they run the business very professionally. They have a project manager, Frank. He gave me his cell phone to call him at anytime. I even have Bob's (owner) cell phone in case I need any questions or any situation resolved. The pool is beautiful and my neighbors are amazed... This is a new construction and the pool fits the home! Thanks Freestyle for everything!

Description of Work: I'm not a fan We just had a pool built by them and it isn't working like it was intended to I have stopped calling them I would not have them build another pool and certainly not work on my equipment or pool

Description of Work: Repair 2 cracks, build sit out, replace tile with glass, recoated pool with pebble tech, replace filter, add heat pump pool heater, and rebuilt top edge of pool with travertine tile, add auto change color pool light.

Description of Work: I CALLED ON 4/08 TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR INSTALLING A NEW POOL. THE FIRST THING I WAS TOLD WAS THAT IT WOULD BE 48 HOURS BEFORE A DESINGER COULD CALL ME BACK. AS OF 4/19 NO ONE HAS CALLED.
