Based on Angie's List we hired Roman as one of several specialty companies needed to fix our spa after 2 1/2 years dealing with Chris Zowarka, the owner of Phoenix Pool who left us with a leaking, poorly designed, inoperative spa. Roman identified numerous deficiencies, suggested the necessary corrections and laid out a plan of action. He and his employees were honest, punctual and professional. Considering that Roman had to follow behind a botched job, we can only imagine how great it would have been to have hired him in the first place. We definitely would hire Roman again and highly recommend him to others.

It took a rather long time to get them to come over and give us an estimate. Then it took a rather long time for them to come back and do the work because they were busy with storm-related work. From damage to completion of work was about a month. But the whole job was professionally done and at a very reasonable price. We are pleased with the quality.

Called Five Star Pools because they had a good Angie's List rating and had seen their truck in our neighborhood. We asked for an estimate and found it very reasonable. They came a few days later and cleaned the pool and coping. The work performed was outstanding. We had asked our usual pool cleaning company to come adjust the PH after we had filled the pool, but they couldn't fit us into their schedule. Although it was a last-minute call, Roman came right out to adjust the PH balance so that the pool was ready for guests over the holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend Roman Huf and Five Star Pools.

I can’t recommend Roman and 5 Star Pools highly enough. Roman was very professional and his estimate was very reasonable. Roman’s team did an excellent job on the pool and finished the job in just a few days. Everyone from the company was very polite and helpful. The job was completed on time and for the estimated amount. I would defiantly use 5 Star Pools again in the future.

They were very nice. They went over everything and talked to us. We had no complaints whatsoever. They were punctual and professional. We would probably get another estimate from them for other work. The cost was a little bit prohibitive for the work we wanted done.

My initial inquiry with 5 Star Pool was well received and quickly responded to. A representative from the company came to my home the next day to gather my requirements and to provide me an estimate. The estimate was appropriately detailed outlining my options. Costs were reasonable, in fact, very competitive. In addition, the representative from the company shared with me pictures of past jobs they completed which gave me the confidence to go with 5 Star Pool. As soon as I agreed to proceed with my pool upgrades; 5 Star Pool was quick to respond. They resurfaced the pool and installed the upgrades in a very reasonable time. And prior to leaving the job, 5 Star Pool made sure that the client was happy. I was 100% pleased with the quality of work done.
