I like working with local businesses and that's what you get with Designer Gutter.. They live and work in the community. They showed up on time and gave me a fair price with no high pressure sales tactics. The prices were fair, they were on time and did a good job. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend this company. This is the second time I have worked with this company.

We asked several gutter companies to quote. We really wanted face to face quotes so we would not have back and forth discussions. Only two companies provided us with a fairly detailed written quote. Some left their calling card in the door. When asked to provide written quotes, they did not comply. We focused on the two that provided quotes, Designer Gutter and Sure Fit Gutters. Both were nice to work with over the phone. Sure Fit's quote was less the Designer at $1,488 for the same system. One thing that expedited our decision was that Designer Gutters provided a color chart with the quote. We were able to validate that the color they could provide would match the fascia boards perfectly. Another decision maker was that Design Gutter was available 2 weeks earlier than Sure Fit. Design Gutter showed up when they said they would. The installers were friendly and respectful. Before the downspouts were installed I walked out to check on the progress and noticed that they were planning to install downspouts the color of the gutter. I had wanted the downspouts to be of a different color that was close to the color of the house. It was not detailed on their paperwork. They immediately called Trevor, our sales rep, and got confirmation that they would change the color of the down spouts. They did not have the color on hand so came back later and completed the work. The gutters look great. They blend in perfectly and do not draw attention. Very neat work. My roof has a wave in it across the front. When the roof was replaced recently, the roofer cut the fascia board so that it "appeared" to be the same width all the way across the face of the house, by having the bottom line of the board on plane. I am sure that posed a problem to the guys installing the gutter. There was no evidence (garbage, broken things, etc) left to remind us of their visit. It rained the day after the gutters were installed and they worked perfectly. The Designer Gutters people were all wonderful to interface with. They were punctual. Their work was great. Their clean up was perfect. We would highly recommend them.

It went great, Stan was very professional and wasy to work with. Everything went exactly as planned.

It went well. All gutters are clean and I am hopeful the gutter guard will keep the ones around the pool screen reasonably clean for a good period of time before they need to be addressed again. To clean them it is necessary to climb on the roof. Water was backing up and causing dry rot in the wood above them. The gutter guard is a "U" shaped material that is fitted directly into the gutter so debris is not able to collect inside them. Water is able to filter through. Looks like a good system to me, but we'll see as time goes by. I would recommend Designer Gutter and would hire them again,and probably will when another cleaning is needed.

Estimator arrived promptly after I called, was pleasant and professional. Workers arrived to perform the work during the window specified. They were polite, timely and professional and did a tremendous job. They cleaned up after the work was completed. I am considering having additional gutter work on my home and will definitely contact them again. After seeing the work done, two of my friends requested their business cards for work on their homes. Great job.

Excellent. Quick, on time and affordable

Had to reschedule do to needed wood repairs which was fine with Designer Gutter. Work was accomplished just one week later. The crew showed up as scheduled, all work was completed efficiently and in a professional manor. The finished product is of quality workmanship and performs as advertised. Great job, I would use Designer Gutter again.

There are many things I like about this company, starting with an initial assessment visit and accurate diagnosis of a problem gutter that had been overflowing onto the deck around our pool for years. The scheduled appointment was kept, and magically, problem solved. I called the company again to help with another section of gutter and pipe that carried water from one level to another in the front of our house. It was an unusual situation, and actually required two visits, but once again everything was handled professionally and for what seemed like a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to have Designer Gutter do any future work for my gutters again.

Designer Gutter were one of the three companies that we got an estimate from, they were prompt and easy to deal with. The price was spot on with the other two companies, but they had the best review on Angies list so we went with them and so glad we did. They came on time, finished the job well. We had one small issue and they came out and fixed it right away. Easy to deal with and did a great job. You can't ask for better!

Trevor was very professional and a pleasure to speak to. He was frank in his recommendations. Price was competitive. But more importantly, I would always choose a company with a good track record and shows professionalism from the get-go (a sign of things to come). Office was pretty prompt in responding to my questions and requests prior to work. The gentlemen who came out for install were very professional and friendly too. I liked that they consulted me on certain things before working. Great experience overall!

Stan came and provided an estimate shortly after I called. He was very professional. The price was what I expected it to be. I felt that this was the company I wanted to use so I cancelled out others who were going to provide estimates. The 2 person installation crew arrived on time and did a great job. They were equally as professional as Stan. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them. A+ across the board. Nice family-owned business.

Design Gutter was Gent to work with for Flat to finish. Quest given in thing in timely fashion. Two man crew arrived on time and went above and beyond guttering new gutters.

Two men showed up on time, made contact with me to discuss placement of the downspouts and got to work. They were courteous, clean and did an amazing job!!! I would highly recommend Designer Gutters to anyone wanting to install gutters for the first time or replace existing gutters. Their color selection of the seamless gutters was amazing (and at no extra charge). The color match to the existing facia is spot on. You can hardly tell there are gutters on the house. Trevor who came out and did the measurement/estimate was great and even came out a second time when I decided to do the front of the house, not just the back and sides. Overall I rate then an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Trevor came out and did and estimate and sent email, tried to call but do not get a live person, so emailed back and wanted a Monday. Trevor said that did not have a Monday available but can do 5-14-14 which was a Wednesday and said that we do not have to be home. Told me had 3 jobs and was the 2nd one on the schedule and should be there at 1pm waited till 3:55pm and the truck pulls up and the sky down pours with heavy rain, the guy sat in the truck for 15 minutes and left. I thought I would get a call back or email but nothing, so at 7:30pm I sent an email to Trevor telling him that the guy was there and was raining and wanted to know what happens now and when would it be done. Got another email back from Trevor and was told was back on the schedule for 5-15-14 and would be in the afternoon. I got home from work and had a message on my phone from another employees Jim? saying that it was raining again and could not do it, and that would be out on Saturday 5-17-14, around 12:00pm, I did not see anyone and left for work at 1:30pm, and got home at 11:00pm and no gutters, no phone call, no message, no email. Called the phone number that Jim left and left a message and also emailed Trevor again. Was informed that they would not be out unless confirming the appointment, but the message on the phone just said call if that is not possible. Then it was set for Monday 5-20-14, which I was told do not need to be home, which I wasn't and received a call from the installer saying they need electrical outlet to do the job. Luckily we were on the way home and told him would be there in 10 minutes. We got home and got the gutters installed, the quality is great and the installers were great, they cleaned up when done. We are happy that we got this done just took awhile. Well worth the wait

They came out to replace leaking poor job the previous home owner did himself. Got a quote a year ago from another company that was $100 dollars more a year before. They also included Angie's List discount. From time of estimate to the work being done was a couple weeks. Gutters are done, and even though it hasn't rained since work was done they look great! Thanks for a job well done!

Tom promptly responded to internet inquiry for a quote. He came out to measure and gave me a price. He was very professional. Great crew and installation was done on time as scheduled!

Everything went smoothly and with looks good. Very happy with the job.
