Tom Norman, the owner, visited my house to inspect the existing gutters and find out what my concerns were. He showed me several options for leafguards. He provided an itemized cost proposal. I decided to have the work done, and it was scheduled for two weeks later. The work took about 4 hours. That included removing a portion of the old gutters, installing new gutters in that section, installing leafguards on all gutters, and hauling away the old materials. The installer was very polite and able to answer all questions about the job. I would recommend this company for gutters and leafguards.

Had 2 estimates. Designer Gutters offered a different type of no maintenance cover on gutters so we went with them even though the price was higher. Signed the contract and work was done within a week. Gutters look great and am waiting for the first heavy rain to test them out. Workmen professional and courteous. The service was awesome. They were able to come out in a twenty four hour notice and complete the work. They were really good. They are local company and the quality of the work was on point.

They gave a good estimate and called to follow up and see if I had any questions. During these discussions I forgot to discuss the color of the downspouts clearly with them. Previously we used a darker colored downspout on the other areas of our home and it matched our paint perfectly. That saved us from having to paint the downspouts. This time I didn't clarify that we wanted the same thing on the new gutter/downspouts. They came out and installed the new gutters and the downspouts didn't match the paint. I called and sent an email and they quickly responded to my concerns. They offered to switch out the downspouts for what we wanted. It was great to have a company that listened and responded to my concerns. The greatest fear in dealing with contractors is will they stand behind their work and meet your expectations. Designer Gutter did both. Thanks Guys!

Great experience with this company from start to finish. Estimator arrived when he said he would. Quickly prepared an estimate and did not try and up sell me on anything. Provided 10% Angie's List discount. On install day the installer arrived on time. He was professional and a pleasant person to deal with. The finished product looked great and he left zero mess. I would definitely recommend this company to all Angie's List members.

They were very professional and helpful. They came out the next day to take measurements and give me an estimate. The work was done quickly, they made no mess, and the gutters look fantastic and look great!

Excellent experience. After researching on Angies List I called and the company promptly came out and gave us an estimate.Once we decided to go forward, everything went very well. We set a date for install and they showed up on time and went over the job with me. The crew was hard working and did an excellent job. They cleaned up and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look. The real proof with gutters is what happens when it rains....well we've had torrential rains numerous times since the gutters were installed and they worked great! No Leaks...no waterfalls of rain runoff. Designer Gutters did exactly what we wanted...Definitely would use this company again.

The man that came to give the estimate was very knowledgable and professional. The installers that did the work were pleasant, well spoken and experienced and did thorough, professional work. We added some last minute work and they gave good advice on how it should be done then did it. Overall a good experience

Trevor came to the house on time and left an estimate at that time. I accepted the quote and they called back later to schedule the install date. They showed up on time and all went well. It was well done.

Their service was good. It is working well. They were supposed to come and they didn’t. When they did come, they were late.

They came out promptly. They were very nice. They came right away. Their price was in range of what we got from others. I would use them in the future.

They met with me on property and gave me an estimate. Once I hired them, they came out within a few weeks and installed the gutters and matched them as close as possible to the paint color of the house. They helped me decide the right layout to get to eliminate pooling and flooding of the landscape. I would highly recommend!

Their work was excellent. Their response time was somewhat slow. Took more effort than I would have liked to get a hold of them, get the estimate, & get them here. I also had my handyman contact them as I am extremely busy.

THE COLLECTOR BOX IS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. WE WERE WORRIED. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY.

Michele Wright was our sales person. Every time we called the company, they were honest about timing as to when they could actually perform the work. We asked them to leave a quote at the front door and sample of leaf guard, which they did in a timely fashion as well. When we requested insurance liability and referral, they sent them to us immediately without any questions. They were very responsive to our needs and concerns. This group was the only ones out of all the companies we interviewed to notice that we had a piece of rotten wood that would need to be replace before they could put the gutters on the house. They were good about cleaning up after themselves. Overall, they were very pleasant to work with, and I would highly recommend them to others.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED. AFTER HAVING STAN NORMAN COME OUT TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE, I CALLED HIM A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER WITH SOME QUESTIONS. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT & DIDN'T SEEM BOTHERED BY THE QUESTIONS. AFTER THAT CONVERSATION, WE TOLD HIM THAT WE WANTED THE WORK DONE. HE SAID THAT THEY WERE BOOKING APPTS APPROX. 1 MONTH OUT, BUT THAT THEY SOMETIMES HAVE CANCELLATIONS. BECAUSE WE WEREN'T IN A HUGE HURRY, I SAID THAT IT WAS FINE. THE NEXT DAY, WE GOT A CALL THAT THEY COULD DO IT THE FOLLOWING DAY, SO THEY DID. FROM THE TIME THAT WE AGREED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE & THE TIME COMPLETED WAS 2 DAYS. THEY HAD EVERYTHING COMPLETED IN APPROX. 2.5 HRS. & THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

THEY HAD TO COME BACK OUT TO FIX MISTAKES AND IT TOOK 3 MONTHS

CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN ESTIMATE ON HAVING GUTTERS INSTALLED ON MY HOME. AFTER A WEEK, DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING SO I CALLED BACK TO FOLLOW UP. WAS GIVEN A CELL PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THE PERSON OUT ON THE FIELD. THE PERSON OUT ON THE FIELD SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK, BUT NEVER DID. WAS NEVER ABLE TO FIND OUT WHY THEY WEREN'T INTERESTED IN DOING THE JOB. BASICALLY JUST A VERY UNRESPONSIVE COMPANY.

THE GUTTER INSTALLERS PROVIDED VERY HIGH QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. RUSS AND 'AMA' ARE TO BE COMMENDED.

I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH THE CONTRACTOR'S MANNER AND PERFORMANCE. DISCUSSIONS WERE POLITE AND PRECISE, AND THE QUOTED CONTRACT PRICE VERY REASONABLE. THE ALLOWED TIME FRAME WAS PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE, CONSIDERING THE PRESSURE OF DAMAGES FROM FOUR HURRICANES, AND THE CONTRACTOR BEAT HIS TIME ESTIMATE SUBSTANTIALLY. WHEN A SLIGHT DELAY IN THE FINAL SCHEDULE OCCURED, I WAS INFORMED WELL AHEAD OF TIME. THE FINAL INVOICE PRICE WAS EXACTLY AS QUOTED. ALLTOGETHER, IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, AND I THANK ANGIE'S FOR THIS RECOMMENDATION.

MAKE SURE TO GO OVER THE INSTALL PLAN WITH THE INSTALLERS BEFORE THEY START WORK TO BE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS AS YOU WANT IT, ESPECIALLY EXACT DOWNSPOUT LOCATIONS. THEY ARE SUPER COOPERATIVE AND CAN DO JUST ABOUT WHATEVER YOU NEED OR WANT.

BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR DRIVEWAY FOR NAILS. THE GUYS WHO RIPPED DOWN THE OLD GUTTER DIDN'T SWEEP THEM UP. OTHER THAN THAT I WAS VERY PLEASED
