Scheduling was fine and the cleaning has been been holding up well. They were very professional and thorough.

I needed extra care at this time since I had a few places that had chipped grout and a couple places in the grout were permanently stained. I had a grout man come later to repair the chips and put a thin layer of grout on the permanent stains.

I contacted Bill after reading the reviews here on Angie's List. I should also say that I just joined Angie's List in the last week and did so because I have family coming to town and I do my 'spring cleaning' every year before they get here. This year I decided that it was time to do deep cleaning and have been wanting to clean the tile for years (I tried to do it myself on a couple of different occasion and it didn't work out very well). I called Bill on Monday, January 13 at 7:30 in the morning and heard back from him almost immediately. I work an 8-5 job, Monday through Friday, luckily my fiancée works different days during the week and I was able to get an appointment for Thursday, January 16 at 9:00 a.m. (quick right?). Bill arrived on Thursday right on time and went right to work. My fiancée, who is not easily impressed, told me that the tile 'looked like new' and that I was going to be very happy. He also said that Bill was very professional during his time in our home. When I arrived home that evening I was impressed and extremely pleased! I have tile that is very light, almost white with texture in it and the grout is light also (sand colored). When I left that morning the tile was dingy with black in the textured areas and the grout was dark. I feel like I have new tile and the whole house is lighter looking. The carpet that Bill cleaned on the stairs also looks great and that's saying a lot since we have a dog and his favorite place to sleep is on the stairs and the carpeted landing. Thank you Bill and when I need the tile or carpet cleaned I will call you again.

They did a good job. They did it three days after I purchased the big deal. I paid them extra to have the tile sealed but they had a good price. They did as advertised and they were fine. They were clean, neat and professional.

As far as their work went, he tried, and it was hard work. He did a pretty good job.

They were polite and thorough. The grout looks like new.

The service provider returned my call promptly and was able to schedule my appointment before the Christmas holiday. He arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and how long it would take, performed the service taking care not to make a mess or get my area rugs wet. The tile and grout came clean, as expected. I would use this service provider again. He was very polite and professional.

My expectations were exceeded! The tile and grout looks brand new. The carpet also looks new. Bill got stains out that other carpet cleaners did not! I was told by another carpet cleaning company that the stains were from dog oil...and would never come out. Bill removed all the stains and the carpet looks brand new.....and my wife and I had considered getting new carpet....which now we do not need! :-) I would strongly recommend Bill and Tile Renovations. Excellent, excellent service and performance. We recently purchased our home and it was apparent the tile and grout had not been cleaned in several years. I was concerned about several areas of dirt that seemed imbedded within the grout and was afraid it would not be cleanable. Tile Renovations, LLC was offering a package to clean and seal 1500 square feet for $525 which I felt was an excellent value. They arrived on time, got right to work and finished within 4-5 hours. They acid washed the tile and grout, concentrating on those badly needed areas, and then sealed the grout. He did an excellent job in removing the imbedded dirt. The tile and grout looks wonderful now.

He was very nice and he did a good job. I was very pleased with the guy that came and his work and his price. The price that Angie's List gave me was for 600 square feet and it was a little bit bigger than that, so I had to pay another $30, but I didn't mind. The guy was very good. The quality of work was excellent.

Job was well done. Kitchen grouts are clean. Wife is happy.

Took several weeks to get on his schedule but he was prompt and professional and explained what he was doing. Cleaned up afterwards and left me better informed about caring for my floors.

Showed up on time, performed work that was requested. Grout and tile was dirty from neglect and now looks like new. Happy with overall service. Had purchased a Angie's list deal and added on for additional areas. Pricing was fair and work was completed properly.

The service provider forgot the appointment and ended no showing.

Mr. Krukar was quick to schedule a convenient appointment, but I still needed to reschedule later. He was not at all bothered, in fact he even scheduled for an earlier appointment. He arrived promptly when he said he would and performed the work. I have a very light grout and he became concerned that it was darkening when it was wet and he felt it was not coming clean. He gave me a fair quote to re-color the grout if it did not look clean after the grout dried. By that evening it was dry and beautiful. It looks new again, so it will not be necessary to re-color the grout.

He did a good job. I would use him in the future.

Excellent great job! The sealant we paid extra for but it was only $40 and well worth it.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and the service was good. They were friendly and efficient.

He was good. It looked good at the time when he did it, but it was almost like the same problems came back and I think we just need to get something in there, because it's more like a mold issue. But he managed to cover up. He came back and told us that we need to have something done in our bathroom that is going to prevent that. He was very nice and very efficient. He came pretty quick and did it. I thought the price was a lot for what he did.

They were ok. It took them a long time to get it clean and it wasn't that much space to clean.

Bill and assistant did a great job. They sprayed the floor first then used a brush on he grout and then the machine on the floor. After the floor dried, it looked great. I had 10 puppies in my kitchen for 8 weeks and you would never know.
