Arrived earlier, checked the areas which needed cleaning & got right to work. Did an excellent job in cleaning areas of grout which were extremely soiled. Would definitely recommend & hire again!

It went very good. Showed up on time and completed job in a few hours. Did a good job cleaning the tile but the grout was still quite stained in spots. I thought they would be able to get it cleaner.

it went well except for the attention to details. Serviceman left debris all over the corners in my upstairs and downstairs bathroom. Also, marks of dirt were left all over my hardwood floor. serviceman was on time and friendly. Tiles looked good at end of service but I had to get on my knees to clean up my hardwood floor as well as pick up the dirt left on corners.

The initial quote appeared reasonable and was scheduled quickly. On the day of, the work began and a large mess was made in the master bathroom. I was told the grout cleaned up well and due to another project on the next day, both showers would be sealed at this time (though we were previously told the sealing would have to be done the following day). We waited the suggested 2 days before using the shower and immediately realized the job was done poorly. There was a film on all the tile, the tiles and grooves felt rough and the floor looked dirty. I made multiple attempts to contact Tile Renovations though no one answered and the voicemail was full. We have had another company take a look and has now quoted us $800 to remove the silicone that Tile Renovations placed over the existing grout and over the tiles, as well as to properly seal the grout.

Bill mentioned while he was here, that he was having some problems with his equipment. He told my husband and I that the tiles would look great after they finished drying, but when they finally dried, the floors did not look like they had been cleaned at all. We had asked him if he could also do our upstairs bathroom tiles while he was here, but he said he could not do it, because of the issues he was having with his machine. I think he needs to come back and do the job over for free, when his equipment is in proper working order. He asked me to pay by check and not with a credit card. I wish I had insisted on paying by credit card, because I would have disputed it. It was a total waste of time and money. Bill , I hope to hear back from you after you read this review.

Went great! Tile looked brand new

We purchased a special for $149 for 300sq ft of tile cleaning and sealing. He was prompt and professional and very friendly. The floor definitely looks cleaner. I still hate the peach colored floor tile, but he helped make it tolerable until we can afford to have it replaced. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Excellent. He started in the family room, then the kitchen, then bath. After cleaning all the tile and grout with his equipment, he then sealed all the grout then cleaned up after himself. Very neat and professional. We Will recommend him to family, neighbors and friends.

Have some stained grout and he tried three times, with various methods and could not get it out to his satisfaction. Nice, honest man to work with

My husband and I had used Bill in the past to clean the grout on my tile floors, and he had done a very good job. So, when we decided to regrout our shower I called Bill again. He initially told me he had a different guy that he used for regrouting and they were both going to come out to quote the job. Well, Bill was the one that came out and quoted the job himself. He also performed the job too, and we truly believe that this may have been the first time he has ever done this work. The work was so poor and sloppy that we had to have him come back out to fix the work. When he left the second time there were still big flaws that were pointed out to him and he said "that's the best I can do. I'm sorry. " Wait, what?? That is absolutely unacceptable. I'm so disappointed in him. He had done such a good job the first time. I also understand nobody wants to turn away business, but please do not perform work that you are not comfortable doing. We are now going to have to pay someone else to fix the job.

Bill was prompt and professional, but the quality of his work was terrible. He sprayed the acid solution on the floor and it sprayed on everything. I had to clean the bottom of my cabinets and doors to remove the solution. Additionally, the solution discolored two new door thresholds, which were recently installed. I had to use a special metal polish and hand rub out the stains. The actual cleaning of the grout was not done well. Part of the grout is partially clean and most of it is still dark and dirty looking, and doesn't look any different than before the cleaning. After he sprayed the acid on the floor he immediately goes over it with his machine and that is it. If the tile is at all uneven or close to the walls or in tight spaces the machine doesn't even touch the grout. Bill should have put the acid solution on the grout, wait, and use a hand brush to agitate the dirt and get in the tight spaces and close to the walls; than go over it with the machine to wash the tile and grout and vacuum up the solution. Also, he left a white residue on the floor, which we had to wash again. We did have him come back the next day to address a few dirty grout lines we immediately saw after the grout dried. He proceeded to tell us that there is no way he missed the area, but he would clean it again. When he sprayed the dirty grout again and scrubbed it with his brush, it came clean. This proved to us that the job he did the day before was not good, and he needs to take the time to hand scrub the entire floor in this manner to ensure the grout gets thoroughly cleaned. Bill did explain that if there is any loose grout that his machine may remove it, but we had no idea how much grout would be removed, which was a lot, and now we need to color match our 9 year old grout and have it fixed.

It was very good. He paid attention to detail. He managed to get all the stains out even though he said might be difficult. They were flexible with scheduling.

It went okay. They cleaned really good. There were some areas against the walls that he missed, but it wasn't a big deal.

There was an additional charge because I got additional work done. I think I paid an additional $343 but the deal was only for like 200 square feet or something. My whole house is like 3000 square feet. So he did the whole house. It was still a good deal for what I had done. I would probably give them a B for quality because there was some damage done to the tile. The actual work he did was good.

Bill was prompt, courteous and professional. His work product was excellent, and we would highly recommend him.

We have decided that we do not need the work. But I haven't heard from them at all through the message center and I have called them directly and still haven't heard back.

Scheduled for 1:00 and called about 12:45 to say he was in a traffic jam but was on his way. Arrived at 1:10 which I do not really consider late. He came in and we talked for a few minutes to iron out the details with his equipment etc. Then he went to work and was done in about 90 minutes. The tile esp. the grout looks brand new! I will hire this service again.

Bill did an amazing job!!! We bought a house built in 1974. We are slowly renovating and the last thing that will be done are the floors. I mentioned to Bill that I didn't expect them to look great when he was done since there was 40 years of grime, and in six months the tile will be torn up anyway. I just wanted them to be cleaner. I was very surprised at how clean they look!! Bill did a tremendous job!!!

He showed up on time, did a great job and was very polite. Highly recommend.
