The scheduling was a breeze and the work was done amazingly with a minimum of interruption. The tile is medium brown with a matte finish and somewhat textured so it didn't show the dirt well, but I knew it was clean because it passed the socks test!

We have communicated through Angie's List email. I sent him my availability and asked for him to call me. He called me the next day after I purchased the Big Deal. He explained that he got a lot of calls from the Big Deal and my dates didn't work with him, but I explained I wasn’t in a hurry so it was fine. The work is scheduled for next week, on Wednesday. I am satisfied with the scheduled date and experience so far. I asked if he does the work himself and he does which I’m glad about.

It was okay. However there were a couple spots that didn't come clean.

A Tile Renovations representative was very responsive to tell us that we were outside their service area. They were very apologetic and also wrote in to Angie's List to inform about this. I greatly appreciate timely and truthful communication.

Showed up a few minutes early, came in and explained the steps he would take, and then got to work. Floor looks great, and will be calling him back for the rest of our house.

The tech was nice and did a good job. I don't have a lot of tile, so it didn't take long - probably 3 hours. His price was reasonable.

He was a nice guy, very quick, and did a great job. The price was really good too, which is why we added on additional work.

Bill was amazing from start to finish. He went out to look at the issue and called with a very honest answer. He had to do some research to see if the job was even feasible. When he called back and said he would do it, he gave me a terrific price. He went to the house when he said he would be there and finished the job within an hour of his original estimate (even though the job turned out bigger than he thought). My floors look and feel amazing. Bill even gave me advice on how to take care of my beautiful floors. He is definitely someone I would recommend highly to anyone. Thank you, Bill!!

The service was fine. The service was as expected and the work looked good.

It went okay, they are fairly average.

The owner was very polite and professional the entire tome and apologized for the delay. The "Big Deal" price of $89 was attractive. However, due to the final appearance after the grout dried, I probably would not use them in the future.

We were very happy with them. He was very good and professional. He did the best he could and we were satisfied. He was a really nice guy, didn’t make a mess, and did his thing. He got the job done in about 2 hours. The scheduling was fine.

Bill was very pleasant to talk to. Only slightly negative comment - make sure that all your stainless steel appliances are completely covered and even sealed with tape. Any overspray of the acid will etch the stainless (I see a couple spots now on the bottom but not a big deal). I would absolutely use Bill - Tile Renovations again in the future.

Provider did an excellent job. We had a small communication problem to start with, but that was resolved and we are very happy with the quality of the job and his professionalism. We were so satisfied with what he did, we had him do more. He priced the additional work very fairly. We would use him again!

They did a good job. The price could have been a bit a lower.

They did an outstanding job! Eleven year old grout that had never been professsionally cleaned and they made it look like new! Turned out so much better than I hoped. They were courteous and helpful and left everything in great condition. Plus they had all the right equipment to do the job well.

All went well except they left a fee areas with too much water - puddling

Bill from Tile Renovations arrived on time on a cold and rainy morning went straight to work cleaning and sealing floor. It was a pleasure he was very professional and did a great job my tile looks new! The job took about 6 hours and the work was done just as advertised. I will use and recommend Tile Renovations again.

I highly recommend Tile Renovations. The two-man crew was punctual and did a great job cleaning the grout in my kitchen, bathrooms and foyer that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in more than 5 years. There was an issue with one of their cleaning machines, but they didn't let that stop them - they used another heavier duty machine and my floors look great. They explained to me that the grout would lighten as it dried and that would be the true test of how well it was cleaned. By the next day, my floors looked like new!

It was a two-man crew who came and they were great. They moved the furniture, prepared everything and then put everything back. Very efficient, professional and great service!

The guys name is Bill I think. the deal was a great price, but I had close to 1500 sq/ ft to treat and he didn’t have a helper at the time. When we finally scheduled it was him and a guy he was just teaching so instead of 2 guys it was more like 1.25. Don’t get me wrong, they were very nice and I can’t say they were terrible, but what I can say is two things. One, they didn’t tell me that I couldn’t walk on anything for almost 24 hours, especially the grout until the job was done drying. I have 2 kids on their way home from school, a wife, and 2 dogs. You can do the math. As for the job itself, I expected more. There were a lot of places that were missed. I have a 1 inch boarder under all of my cabinets and around most of my base boards throughout the house that look the same as before they came and did the job. It looks like you placed tape along the borders of a wall, painted the wall, and removed the tape.

When I called to schedule they were able to come out for the service within 10 days. He did a great job. He was there on time and completed the job in about four hours.

It was okay. They could have done a better job cleaning the tile. The staff was fine. I would not use them again.
