Did a great job, very quick and tidy

I purchased a Big Deal with them, and 11 days went by with no contact. They never reached out to me, and so I have requested a refund.

Reasonable, professional and cordial. They won't push other services or products other than requested.

Bill was here for several hours and did a terrific job. He got quite a workout climbing up and down our three-story home. He was professional, personable and a very hard worker. At first we were speculative because of the low price, but soon realized it was one of those "real" deals. We would highly recommend Bill.

I needed to clean all tile in house. Tile had never bee professionally cleaned. Service was performed well at decent price. Very punctual in scheduling appointment ASAP.

He was punctual, explained the process and did a fantastic job. I will use him again.

Bill did a great job and I am extremely pleased with the results. The process is time consuming and pricey, but worth it. My floors look as good as new.

He told me I needed to have the grout replaced instead of cleaning and sealing.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They completed the work for the tile throughout our entire house. They did everything just as advertised. The job was a little messier than we thought, but the work did exactly what it should. It turned out very well.

Terrible. They used acid to clean the tile and grout which attacked the soles of their shoes and left sole impressions throughout the house. They were on the job approximately six hours. We were so disappointed with the job and would not allow Tilt Renovations back into our house. We hired another contractor, not on Angie's List , to clean up the mess. It cost an additional $750.00 and two full days. Additional information: when I phoned Tile Renovations about the Angie's List "big deal" they suggested working directly with them and eliminate Angie's List from the deal. After the job, I phoned Angie's List to suggest that Tile Renovations be put in the penalty box. I was informed that that was not possible since I did not request restitution directly from Tile Renovations.

Mr. Krukar explained how he was going to clean the grout and how long it would take. He is a cheerful, energetic man who obviously has a lot of experience at this work. I would definitely recommend him. My tiles looked as good as they did when I first moved into this house 17 years ago.

My kitchen and bathroom ceramic tile floors look great!

Purchased the house approx. 2 1/2 years ago, the grout in the tile floor (beige in color) was a mess. Wanted to get the kitchen renovation finished before closing out with the floor. We finally completed the reno job and noticed Tile Renovations coupon on Angie's list. Purchased the offer and the contractor came today (7/21) to do the job. Bill was courteous, explained the process and started the job. The work area was kept uncluttered and contained. He finished by sealing the cleaned grout and advised how to care for the floor. The job was excellent. The grout looked like new. I realize some of his reviews had some issues, but regarding our experience with Bill, we have to highly recommend his services. In fact, we advised our son to consider using him should he decide to have his floors done.

Service provider was great, communicated timely, showed up when scheduled. However, he could not perform the service because we have specialized tile. He directed us back to Angie's List to request a refund.

This turned out very well. The results are wonderful! The floor area that I had was more than what the big deal provided, so there was an extra cost.

Purchased this service for a home that I am moving into. It needed the floors done before moving furniture on them. Just today the company left a message on my voice mail. I have had the services already completed by another company. Please refund my $129. to my AMEX card

Service and quality were good. Extra charge for additional square feet seemed a little high. I was expecting to see a little more noticeable difference in grout after cleaning but maybe because I have white tile that's hard to do.

The service provider never responded to my requests for service.

There was a delay in starting due to the large response to the offer. However when I clarified my deadline he immediately arranged a satisfactory date to do the work. Bill was professional and pleasant. I am so impressed with the improvement in our home from this simple job. I hope Bill is aware of how he improves people's homes and lives with what he does. Great job and yes, I would hire him again.

He showed up on time (even a little early actually). The process was explained to me very clearly, and he was very efficient in doing the work. I was surprised with how nice the grout looked. I actually had no idea how light my grout really was. The floors look brand new!

I called the service provider after purchasing the Big Deal coupon. I described the work I needed done: which was mainly re grouting and sealing of my shower stall. The provider said he can not do re grouting, only cleaning and sealing of the tile.

Bill arrived exactly at 9:00 a.m. on time. Our kitchen floor was a mess because I tried to wax the tiles to make my floor shiny. All I managed to do was to lay down a coating that all but ruined my floor. Bill was good hearted. He said "when I run into a floor that is this tough to clean, I get tougher". I asked him to council me on the care of tile floor and I got a real education on what to do and not do. I was so impressed with Bill that I am having him come back next month and change the color of the grout in my tile. Bill was so careful about neatness. I will recommend Bill to anyone that has tile in their home. Thank you Angie !!! You are my go to person for everything. I am 63 years old. My kids know that I will never be "taken" when I hire through you. God Bless you and keep up the good work! (Thank you Bill too ! I will follow your advice and take better care of my floor by NEVER waxing it again !

They were very accomodating with my schedule and arrived on time and were very professional. My tile looks brand new. I would definitely use them again.
