Description of Work: Cleaned and sealed tile and grout. I have light grey ceramic tile floors with a very light silvery white grout that was never sealed. The floors were put in about 15 years ago. The grout was very dingy and dirty looking since it was never sealed. We were thinking about having the grout changed out with a darker color. But after Bill finished they look brand new. He did an incredible job. Showed up when he said he would. We are very satisfied with the entire experience. Better than we expected results, very professional and a pleasure doing business with Tile renovations LLC.

Description of Work: He did three bathrooms, but after telling him which ones to do, he did the top floor two bathrooms and loaded up as if he was finished. I went out to his truck and asked him why he hadn't done the downstairs half bath, which is the one I was most concerned about. He said he thought I had wanted to do only the other two (yet he had measured it before he started). He seemed to be in a hurry, but he did go back and finish the 1/2 bathroom, but the job was not done well and some stains still remained in the grout. He was going to come back and do our kitchen floor since we had plenty more area allowed and the additional cost was fine, but after looking at what he had failed to do with our downstairs bathroom(which is the most important one we wanted done right), we finally decided not to have it done by him. He was pleasant and friendly, but we were not satisfied with his overall performance. He seemed to be in a rush to get the job done and go.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Krukar to set the date for the tile cleaning and he did not wanted to do the service because the type of tile I have in my home. My home has the saltillo Mexican tiles.

Description of Work: I purchased a $89 deal for Tile and Grout Cleaning. The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. Two technicians came out for the service and did a good job. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.

Description of Work: Cleaned tile and grout as advertized, bit the process removed some of the grout. The floor is only two years old, but Bill said the grout was defective and not his problem. I have pictures of the areas where the grout was removed. Everything was great except for the missing grout. I expect the grout to be repaired or the cost of the service to be refunded.

Description of Work: The crew was very friendly and professional, but seemed to be in a great hurry. One floor turned out great but the other I had to scrub after the job because too much chemical(?) was left on leaving white streaks that dried on and were kinda hard to get off.

Description of Work: Bill is great to work with. He always returned my calls and reached out to me to ensure I would be able to schedule service as I have a non standard work schedule. Bill's customer service is above and beyond the level of any business that I've dealt with in a long time. The grout and tile cleaning was effective and I am extremely satisfied with the end result.
