We are very happy with the work and attention to detail Bill performed. Bill restored the tile appearance, scraped the old grout off and grouted the entire master bath area. It took Bill two visits to get the entire project completed and I think the value provided is worth every penny. Bill was very professional and confirmed his appointment the day before. He was punctual on his appointment time and was very diligent to clean up at the end of the project. He is definitely someone my family trusts to complete a job with care and not attempt to over charge. I would not hesitate to use Bill for any other similar work.

Tile Renovations LLC did Kitchen and Bathroom caulking and it was very well done. He didn't wipe up after him, but that was probably due to his eyesight. The caulking was perfect. I had to go around and wipe down the walls afterwards, but it probably was dark in there. It was about half price of what it should be so that was good. The quality was good. I would use him again.

Prompt arrival, and everything seemed to go OK until the water dried in the shower. The tile walls and floor were left heavily covered with grout that was bonded to the surfaces. This was not just the "haze" which is usually washed off, but thick layers of material that I could not scrub off with water & a Scotchbrite type pad. I called and received a return visit that improved the condition. However, I was left to clean up the debris on my bathroom floors again. Perhaps arriving with a supply of dry clean rags and shoe covers could help improve this situation.

Got the deal from A?ngie's list - paid for it via paypal; got a call from the company about a day later. he shoed up on time and ready to work. He pointed out areas that were in more serious trouble, and made sure they were all sealed and grouted properlyHe did such an impressive job we had him return and grouted teh backsplash in the kitchen at a different time - week later.

He called, we set up apppintment, he showed up on time and did the work, flawlessly. End of story.

Bill returned my call within an hour and set up an app't two weeks hence. He arrived early, checked out the area to be done and we moved most of furniture out of the room leaving bed, dressers in place. Bill worked around and under them with his acid application and power wash vacuum to finish it off. In spite of very dirty tile grout, the results were great. There was some water puddling, as he told us there would be, but was not a problem even with 2 prowling pets. We are going to have him return to do two more rooms in the future, but at his going rate. The original deal was a good value for us.

Bill did a great job. I would definately hire Tile Rennovations again. He took his time, did a thorough job and did it in the time allotted for the Big Deal.

Purchased the "Big Deal" for $75.00 for 2 hours of tile re-grouting. Set up an appointment for Fri. afternoon. William arrived as stated and saw that my tile was in poor condition. Said he would try to do the work in 2 hours but we would re-evaluate the situation when the 2 hours was up. He was able to do the work in 2 hours. Proceeded to advise me to have an entire re-do of my tile area as moisture had gotten through the holes in the grout and was ruining the board beneath. Advised me to look on Angie's list for the contractor I need to do this type of work. He did a great job considering what he had to work with and in a 2 hour period. His work will keep any more water from getting through the grout until I can save enough for "The Big Job". I'm very pleased.

I hired him to do grout repair and tile cleaning. He did not clean any tile what so ever, and he used sand grout for the repair instead of what he should have used. The bathroom was left a mess, stuff was everywhere. We had to spend 2 hours cleaning up his mess after he left, it was ridiculous. I had to have him come back a second time and he still didn't do the work right, he got the colors wrong twice and I was so upset after the second time I just told him to leave.

He was punctual and very polite, but I would not use him again. I had purchased a foreclosure and the tile in the shower was filled with mildew that I could not remove. I was under the impression Tile Renovations was going to clean the grout and caulk. He did replace the very dark patches but by doing only those areas, the other sections had now stood out and looked dark and black. I will have to hire someone else to clean the rest of the shower. He did, however, put grout around a tile in my second bath.

Do get an answer about polishing if that is what you expect. Be home and ask about stains that are not coming up.

Bill was very accomadating to my schedule and was here on time. He explained the proceedure and we discussed what I wanted done and he gave recommendations and let me decide. I really did appreciate some options and him letting me decide. He was just the right amount of friendly and then proceded with the floors. My tile has not looked this good since they were installed 18 years ago. I plan on calling him once a year before the holidays so everything looks sparkling and smells deep down clean.

I begin by stating I'm fairly picky and detail oriented. The punctuality, responsiveness and professionalism were first rate. The price paid versus the finished job was only fair. The tile cleaning aspect was a good job. I had medium clay colored grout I wanted painted (stained) a lighter color. I believe to get the overall look I was expecting, two coats would be required. Two coats were only applied in some areas. I had 630 SF of tile and I thought this was a bit expensive, but this vendor received many high ratings. This service provider traveled a good distance to get to me (from Odessa to Parrish) so I presumed that was part of the expense. I did mark 'yes' I would use him again, but with travel times and fuel prices I would seek someone closer.

We purchased our home 10 years ago & have never had the tile floors professionally cleaned. 2/3 of the floor covering in our 2000 s.f. home is tile. It was very overdue, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Mr. Krukar was very professional & did an outstanding job. He explained every part of the process. He fixed some of the cracked grout, which wasn't even part of the agreement, simply because he wanted the job to look terrific. I will definitely hire Tile Renovations, LLC on annual basis to maintain our floors.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the results. The company owner, Bill Krukar, performed the work in a very diligent manner, taking pride in a job well done. Bill is personable and professional. I would not hesitate to use his services again or to refer him to family and friends.

It went great! He did a phenomenal job! He was very nice and personable. He did the job really well. You can really tell a difference. It looks like a completely different set of tiles. I would highly recommend him and I will definitely use him again when I need my tiles cleaned.

Bill arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and was extremely professional the whole time that he was here. Our daughter stopped over that evening and when she saw our tile she couldn't believe the change. She plans on using Tile Renovation in the future and so do I.

I had no clue how good this service would be. When Bill told me what his machine could clean I wanted to try it. I had no clue that my grout and tile was so dirty. Even with regular floor cleaning you can't get all the dirt out. My tile and grout looks new. Now I will do it once a year to maintain my floors.

I called one day, and the next day he came out and did a free estimate. He came to do the work on time and provided excellent service. It was like I had brand new bathrooms after he left. I was so pleased with the work, I have recommended him to friends.
