He was nice enough, it just seemed like he was in a hurry. I was interested in renovating my floor, but he didn't seem to have time for that. He was a tiny bit sloppy on the shower, but it was okay. It was much better looking than before he started.

Great. Arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He spent exactly the amount of time allotted per the deal and did a good job. I will use this company again.

There was nothing bad at all with their services. He was extremely professional. He called and was there when he said he was going to be there. He did a really great job. I would certainly recommend him and use him again myself.

I was not satisfied with them at all. He left the residue all over the place and did not do a good job.The price was good. He did a terrible job.

Mr. Krukar arrived ten minutes before the scheduled time. I was pleased with this. He is professional and courteous in demeanor. When he came in, he explained exactly what he was going to do and what he needed me to do. Mr Krukar began working on my lanai. When he was about halfway through, he invited me to come and take a look, and he explained his method, and showed me how effective it is. I appreciated this, and was able to compare it favorably to work done about year ago by another company that only used a pressure washer. Mr. Krukar used a solution that would "raise" the dirt first, and then used his machine to clean the tile. When he was finished, the tile looked almost new. I am very pleased with the work done by Mr. Krukar, and sincerely recommend him to anyone who needs tile cleaning done.

Arrived on time and worked continuously until project was complete. For hard to clean areas, the worker applied the extra effort needed to get good results. Worker was courteous and mindful of minimizing disruptions. My wife and I were very pleased with the experience.

Bill Krukar came to our house (on time) to see our tile cleaning job in our bathroom shower. When he saw the situation, he generously offered to apply our $89 Angie's List special deal to what we really needed instead. What we actually needed was a regrouting of our shower since the seams were cracked and leaking. We were planning to caulk the cracks ourselves but were having trouble cleaning the grout...and we were clearly in over our heads. Bill's offer to regrout the shower was a gift from heaven. Bill came back to do the work on schedule and on time and did a wonderful job. We were so impressed with his work and his attitude and professionalism that we ask about his other services. That led to a second job and we were equally pleased with that result. The second job was to clean our main floor carpet and quarry tile kitchen floor. Our house is over 30 years old and the carpet had never been cleaned professionally. Bill did a great job on the carpet with his machine and the carpet looks SOOOO much better. It also "feels" so much better knowing it's clean. We had asked Bill about sealing the dark grout in kitchen and Bill mentioned that he could also "color seal" it if we wanted to make the grout color more consistent. That brought another project to mind since the tile in the kitchen and in the dining room don't match. The tile in the dining room is newer and lighter and has never looked good next to the kitchen tile. We wanted Bill to color seal the kitchen and the dining room with the same dark grout color to visually "tie" the two rooms together. I was very nervous about whether the dark grout would look good in the dining room, so Bill offered to test the color in an inconspicuous spot. When the first color we chose was too dark, Bill worked with us to find a color that would look good with both the dining room and kitchen tiles. We think that the result is great. Both rooms look so much better now, especially where the two rooms come together. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. Color sealing the 30 year old kitchen grout was very, very time consuming, but Bill stuck with it until it was finished. In comparison to the newer grout in the dining room, the kitchen grout took ten times as long to apply. Even though this was unexpected and not Bill's responsibility, he didn't charge us for all the extra time he had to spend. Bill also helped us move an enormous multi-part dining room credenza furniture contraption with a light bridge so that the grout under it could be colored as well. In short, Bill went over and above and had a great attitude even through the challenges. We will call Tile Renovations again when we can find some room in the budget for our delayed projects. We are happy to recommend Bill Krukar whole-heartedly.

My wife is still talking about how great her floors looks months later. They did an excellent job and for a few dollars more even re- caulked the tub in the guest bath; a very professional job overall.

.Bill (the owner) arrived on time. He was very pleasant and professional. After assessing the shower, he said he could clean it but it really needed to be partially stripped down and re-grouted. He was trying to limit his work to cleaning, which is a lot less labor intensive, but he agreed to re-grout for me. He scraped out all the mildewed grout and acid washed. Then he applied new grout and new silicone sealant. He let that dry for two days and returned to seal the grout, which he said should be done annually. He made very little mess and cleaned up what mess there was himself. The shower looks like a new shower. It has probably been 10 years since it looked like this.We are delighted with the results and feel that it was much less costly than we had imagined it would be. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

After grout dried, saw where all edges of one room were missed. Would be a good idea to have plastic runners put down over carpet, where all the hoses run from room being cleaned, to machine outside.

I wanted an estimate on having my mexican tile cleaned and grout patched. It is an old floor that the original owner did themselves, and it shows, there were large chunks of grout missing and the grout lines are very uneven. The estimate was $300 less than the other 2 that I received. His schedule was flexible and able to complete the job the day I needed. The quality of his work was great and I would recommend him to anyone that needs their tile/grout cleaned or repaired.

we had already moved the furniture but he would have moved it for us and then returned it to place. came and cleaned - he wasn'r happy with the result in one area where the grout was particularly grubby so, he spent another 30 minutes on his hands and knees, getting it right -- super service.

Very thorough - did a much better job than the person who cleaned the tile previously. He sealed the tile in the kitchen and this already saved us from stained grout when I spilled coffee. Will definitely use again.

Bill Krukar was very professional and courteous. He explained exactly what he was going to do and advised me how to care for my shower afterward. I had spoken to him several times prior to making the appointment. He returned my phone calls and was very accomodating to my work schedule. I would definitely recommend Bill from Tile Renovations, as he went over and above trying to fix a problem area on the tile in our shower. Bill had to come back to our house three separate times to remedy a strange problem we were having with grout discoloration, and I feel that other companies probably would not have done that. He kept coming back until we got it right. Bill is a very personable guy, and is easy to work with. We would definitely give him an A+!!

I had a company, that you see at the Home Shows, give me an estimate for covering the tile and tub. It was well over $2000. Then this big deal on Angie's list came out, so I thought I would try it. It was a good decision. Tiles look fresh and new plus, we replaced the fixtures. Proud of the finished results.

Very pleased with the work and final product. He brought his own towels to protect the wood flooring at the thresholds. The tile and grout had not been professionally cleaned previously and they came out looking almost as good as they did when they were first installed (14 years ago)! I cleaned the floors weekly and have even sealed the grout -- nothing compares to what can be done with his equipment. I would recommend his work to anyone.

The job was executed with precision and detail. The tubs were visually deteriorating and are now perfect. The shower door was unslightly and is now much better. The materials for the shower are not as visually excellent as the tubs, though the age of the door and wear contributed to the end result. He did leave a bit of a mess, but it was taken care of easily.

Mr. Krukar did a fantastic job! In fact, I'm certain we got much more than our moneys worth, and intend to have him back to do our other bathroom soon.
