Really nice person to work with. He was prompt and worked hard, but his chemicals splashed our stainless steel appliances and stained them. He did reimburse me for all new covers on each appliance, I just had to deal with ordering and installation. The carpet cleaning brought out old stains but not sure if that's typical or not, we didn't discuss that possibly happening.

It went very well. He was here on time, he was very personable. He got the work done and it looks great.

It was okay. He was on time and he was professional. He did the job in a short amount of time. Having said that out, I notice the great improvement. It was exactly the $89 on the big deal purchase. The price was good. I would probably use them in the future.

Bill was prompt and courteous, and he explained the procedure and process used to clean the grout. After measuring the square footage, and adding in the (not previously requested) Florida room, the price was still very reasonable. We are very pleased with the results. The work did not include “sealing” the grout, which we did easily on our own and for a few dollars.

Excellent results - tile and grout looked like new. I will recommend and definitely use again.

He is s fairly good job but missed a lot of spots along walls and edges of counters, etc.

Apparently floor was not as dirty as we thought as we saw very little difference after cleaning. Provider left the floor very wet.

Bill reached out to me, as I had forgotten to contact him. He was very courteous, went far beyond what he needed to do, and did my entire house for only $55 more. Bill left the house in spotless condition. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing grout cleaning. He told me he also cleans carpets, although I did not use him for this service as I am planning to replace my carpet with wood.

Tile Renovations arrived at the appropriate time and cleaned the grout on our tile floors. The grout on our tile floors was black. After Tile Renovations cleaned the grout I realized it was actually cream colored grout. It is a beautiful color of grout and it made our tile floors look like new. He did an excellent job and so glad I hired him. I would hire him again when the time comes to clean the grout.

My dealings with Tile Renovations LLC and its owner, Bill, were 100%. Bill responded within 1 hour of my initial inquiry and scheduled time within the week to do the grout cleaning of all of my tile floors. He arrived exactly on time, expertly measured my flooring and gave me a very reasonable quote. My tile floors look amazing. My house is 28 years old, and the tile grout now looks like new. I am extremely satisfied with his work and would definitely hire him again.

It was great! I spoke with Bill regarding several areas of the house I thought could use his services and decided on the kitchen and dining room floors. He took the time to go over the areas he did not service this time and gave me honest opinions and estimates. We were so happy with the results and hope to have him back in a few months to do our bathroom.

Bill did great work. It was great to meet someone else from the Chicago area. He was very professional. Good workmanship. Since my whole house has tile floors I am certain that he will be back again to do work for me.

The guy that came to do the job did a good job but he didn't do an extensive job.

Called Bill after finding his name on your list. He was close and reviews were positive. He was prompt in contacting, on time for first job and provided the "deal price" prior to doing job. Very professional in all areas and did a vey nice job. Subsequently we called him a few months later to do two more rooms. Same results. Highly recommend Bill.

He was prompt, efficient and was done in the amount of time he said he would. The tile looks like new and he did a wonderful job.

The work was good. He came with a different selection of grout to match what was there. He did a good job, especially for the price. I thought it was a good bargain.

The tiles in my shower had some rusting (hard water) stains and my kitchen sink had some mold/mildew buildup under the caulking. The serviceman was able to "clean up" the shower tiles, but the mold/mildew buildup around the kitchen sink still need some work. However, in all fairness, the serviceman was not originally called to perform any clean up of the mold and mildew -- just the tiles. He did this as a "freebie" when I pointed it out to him and asked how I get rid of it.

Provider was very courteous and knowledgeable. Did a great job of cleaning our grout throught the house, cleaned up well and even did not charge us for the sq footage that we were over the 300 Sq ft we paid for in the deal. Def would recommend him to others and use him again.
