Description of Work: Bill cleaner the grout in our kitchen and two bathrooms and cleaned up after he was done. He arrived on time, was very professional & courteous and did a great job for us. We would definitely hire Bill again and recommend him to others.

Description of Work: Cleaned grout and tiles in entry, kitchen, and bathrooms. It looks much better now, but there are still a few stains on the grout. It had been 20 years, so I didn't expect perfection - but a few of the worst stains are in low traffic areas like behind a door, so I'm guessing they just didn't go there. We'd use them again.

Description of Work: Bill redid the grout in our shower. Did a good job. Looks new. The only negative is that he did not clean up as well as we expected after he was done. Honest and gave us tips on how to seal the grout ourselves which saved us money.

Description of Work: Cleaned tile with an acid. After he was finished he told me that sometimes the process makes the flaws in the tile and grout more noticeable, that was the case. I actually think the grout looked better before cleaning.

Description of Work: Vendor cancelled the day before a scheduled appointment in December, couldn't get another one scheduled because of my schedule.

Description of Work: Appreciated that the business owner called me to schedule the tile cleaning service after I bought a "Great Buy" on Angie's List. He arrived promptly, gave me a very fair price for cleaning all of my tile - which was a lot more than the the 300 sq. ft that was included in the deal. He took care in moving the furniture and treating the floors. I had to leave before he was finished, and afterwards noticed some spots that were missed. I'm sure if I had been able to stay until the end, he would have cleaned those areas as well. (I have a lot of dark tile & with the shadows produced by poor lighting, those spots were easy to miss.) Overall I was very pleased and will hire Tile Renovations again.

Description of Work: Regrouting bathroom and cleaning tile on floor and shower. Look good when first done because was not dry, but after it dried the cleaning was not very good and there was a couple areas that were still missing grout. I showed him an area that I wanted an estimate. Looked at and said he was going to give me estimate by e-mail. Never did. Also, the big deal was no deal since I was charged 75.00 for 2 hours work. This comes to $37.50 an hour. I think this is alot of money for just 2 hours.

Description of Work: Regrouted tile in Master Bath shower. Bill, the owner, was very good in getting back to me forsetting appointment. Showed up on time as scheduled. Did the job as described in offer. Had a problem with a portion of the grout, but when I called him,he apologized and came out within the next couple of hours and made it right! Happy with the final outcome.

Description of Work: The work was very good ,we had to be out of town and they re schedule with no problem. We had our tile grout clean to match the original color, he move all the furniture. we had more square feet than the offer stated but we negotiated a fair price to do all. Very please with the job, would use them again. At this point I dont remember the exact price we pay for the service.
